Pretty sure the prisioner class is a reference to Griffith when he was a prisioner of the king

What is this picture even. Image being a knight, clad in ornate plate armor, sword in hand and you get beaten up by the medieval version of the gimp.

The prissy upper classes have no defense against the working class BDSM fans.

Also, Sony might be hinting that they're buying FromSoft next, but I hope that's not true.
that would be really a boss move against MS, on par with their acquisition of Bethesda Game studio.
Both of those dev studios has carved their own niches, and there are no real substitutes out there. No one makes TES clones, and no one makes games like Fromsoft's ones of compareable quality.

FROM is already owned by Kadokawa. Doubt they'd fork it over even for a huge sum.

I've been thinking... if that spiritual horse appears later in the game, halfway through or 2/3 through (like Lordvessel in DS1), perhaps it would make it more palatable to me. Anyone knows more about this?

Unless they've changed something since the closed network test, you get the horse very early.

Wow there's a major spoiler in the Fextralife video
There's an entire second world below the top world.
