Hey guys. Outlaws could have moved, or tactically retreated. No telling if they'll be an available faction but they could be in the game in another form, as a regrouping and rebuilding factor.

The Outlaws didn't have a strong worldview, a uniting ideology, unlike the Berserkers or the Clerics. Both of those had purpose, direction. Outlaws were just against the restrictions of those two ways of life, literally against their laws. Liberty, but liberty to do what? So if one of the three clans was to fall, to be reconfigured after a huge event, it makes sense that it's them. Plus their bomb plan failed, after all.

So yeah, I expect to see the characters in some form, but maybe not as Outlaws. Some might've joined the Berserkers or the Clerics, or even the thieves, but it's likely there's a new faction with some Outlaws being part of it. Maybe they haven't shown Nasty or any Outlaw yet because it's part of the storyline.

It could also be related to the fact that the third rail ending is seemingly canon in Elex II (judging from the fact that Jax is running around and trying to persuade the factions to unite against the alienz), and if you choose to infuse the hybrid with mana the Duke and his gang will attack you after you go outside of Xacor base

The outlaws were always going to lose. A bunch of dudes with run down weapons and their only special ability was "good at taking drugs". Against space wizards and battlemechs? Game fucking over duders.
