At least the game doesn't force you to turn them into warriors, but I'd still rate this random overmap event as having an agenda.

So how is the actual fundamental gameplay loop of this game? After all the bugs are fixed in 2023 is it going to be decent?

Combat feels more like Blackguards where every action in every turn is super weighty than it does Viking and Conquistador. Not crazy about it so far.

Disbanded as in, not even releasing patches disbanded?

Haha what.

I'm on the discord and there is a patch being worked on. When people are posting bugs the response from the devs is usually "that's already been fixed in the next patch".
I wouldn't trust the words of monkey picture salesmen.

The essence of a good heist is to first make them trust you, then pull the rug out from under them.

The fact they're getting in on the NFT grift makes them *extremely* trustworthy IMO.

Ah perfect.

Into the backlog for 6 months Expedition Rome goes.

What bugs ? The game is remarkably stable and bug-free so far, considering its scope. I am nearly 30 hours in the game and not a single bug, not a single freeze or crash to desk either, with everything set on Ultra, everything seems to be working as intended, the only mild annoyance/oversight is that players who started with the demo won't get some of the early achievements unless they start a new game, like the one for getting command of the legion or meeting the Consul, these should be attributed automatically to players importing saves from the demo.

This is the first game ever that made me regret making a female character or take them to my team, every time there is a woman on the screen I know that cringe will be involved.

Character designer jacked himself off so many times they grew muscles.
