Sengoku Rance (and maybe some others) have a family friendly patch now, no naughty bits and shit.
Besides, smut didn't stop him from reviewing other games.
I don't think he'd do it on youtube because he couldn't do it well, is what I mean. He'd have to censor the shit out of it or use the family friendly version. I don't think he has a passionate loyalty to the Youtube TOS.

An irrelevant npc gets raped by monsters and then get eaten by them. It's really nothing much since it's just one scene. TBH I found the loli content more insulting, since you have a wife that's basically a loli and you just can't avoid that stuff easily.

only problem is he's completely retarded, has no idea how to play and suggest people to play with retarded settings.
plays fast and then complains how every few turns the academy asks again for your support. says dictatorship is the best government because it has only one party while heroes can support parties, have party skills, and three heroes with three empire-wide skills each is a gigantic bonus, not even counting the mix and match of laws. cries for the academy fleet being too tough when it can be tuned at game start.
he. gets. every. single. thing. wrong.
While I don't disagree with the rest of your post, I feel he only told that dictatorship is the best government as a joke
