Case in point: rate his hotness on a scale from circle to dodecahedron. One can hope they've aged better than Cain and Boyarsky.
What are you talking about? Cain is a hottie in his old age.
Skits that no one asked for and very probably wished we hadn't made.
They spent way too much effort on those.
Got a chuckle from me though so I guess my sense of humor is fucked.

Embrace the Chaos, Then Run
Current Employee, more than 1 year
Pros
Great stepping stone for your next role or breaking in to the industry. 100% work from home. Improved benefits and vacation. They are generous with the holiday party and holiday time off, but bring earplugs. The music is so loud people flee for the safety of their hearing.
Cons
This is not a Microsoft company. They are limited integration so they do not have to uphold any kind of Microsoft standard for a healthy or safe work place. There is very little diversity here. Upper management has never worked at a AAA company and it shows. Constantly moving goal posts and intentionally creating chaos because it makes people work harder and give a better product is a manipulative and dishonest way to run a company. You rarely feel successful. You just feel run down. People are disposable and undervalued, especially production. Producers here are run ragged, right into the ground.
If it means what I think he means then it is a huge incline, no wonder this snowflake doesn't like it. As for the rest, it's very similar in other companies and earlier it was even worse if Tim Cain is to be believed.(...)
