In my opinion Pinnacle Station was the worst DLC for all ME trilogy, so the lost code (and lost DLC) is not a big deal.

It's shit. It's basically just a "challenge" room where you fight hordes of enemies with scant narrative justification. All 3 games will be long enough that not including it is best. One less thing to have to do.

Maybe so, but missing it makes the collection incomplete, regardless of how bad the dlc was. And I assume the old versions of the game will stop being sold.

I really liked the (mostly) hard sci-fi world as presented in ME1. It felt like a love letter to Asimov, ST, and 70's sci fi movies like Alien. ME2 was when my arsehole starting getting itchy and they watered down both the game and the setting for the great unwashed masses. Also didn't like how fucking aimless the game ended up feeling. And ME3 was a third person CoD clone that pissed me off long before that shitty ending. It was a shame. I thought it was cool that such a detailed science fiction universe was being presented with a triple A budget and presentation. And then Bioware developed Irumodic Syndrome or something.

I'd prefer they'd leave the player's armor the same, but add a bit of realism by having you and your companions die in one shot once your armor disappears.
