I'd rather have more buffs. It's not like 260 damage stormbolts is bad during a few hard fights. That's also spending a lot of feats
Yeah, I love spending 10 minutes every time I enter a new area clicking through and applying all my buffs because that buff bot mod that everyone recommends doesn't work for some reason.Buffs are great.
I dunno which one you're using but the one I recommend works 100%.Yeah, I love spending 10 minutes every time I enter a new area clicking through and applying all my buffs because that buff bot mod that everyone recommends doesn't work for some reason.Buffs are great.
I'm sure it works perfectly for everyone except me.I dunno which one you're using but the one I recommend works 100%.Yeah, I love spending 10 minutes every time I enter a new area clicking through and applying all my buffs because that buff bot mod that everyone recommends doesn't work for some reason.Buffs are great.
I don't know about you guys, but the one time I fought the Spawn, the MVP (other than the MC) is the cleric who dropped first the Hearth power and then 3-4 Blade Barriers right under the fat bastard. The AT was getting rid of the spawn's spawns with Chain Lightning. Direct damage works, if you can sustain it.I'd rather have more buffs. But you can keep sucking Souls to access more Burn as you go. Depending on INT bonus you end up with a decent amount more burn to spend per rest than a regular Kinnie, so can use it as a Haste battery for each fight or just to power up bigger blasts.Dark Elementalist fully charged up has the same power blasts as regular kineticist with full burn. The advantage is that you don't lose the HP from burn (which doesn't matter in 99% of circumstances since you should be a ranged character). The disadvantage is that its only active after the first few fights each day.
I mean suffer if you want but I assure you I can get it working for youI'm sure it works perfectly for everyone except me.I dunno which one you're using but the one I recommend works 100%.Yeah, I love spending 10 minutes every time I enter a new area clicking through and applying all my buffs because that buff bot mod that everyone recommends doesn't work for some reason.Buffs are great.
No, you don't. Its an 8th level class ability, does not have prerequisites.Oh maybe. Don't you need dazzling display first? Throwing dazzling display on bowmen and mages feel weird for me.
After the Dazzling Display Full Round fix/nerf, bard's Dirge of Doom is vastly better.
Dark Elementalist never worked for me in Kingmaker, but its soulburn ability worked in WotR. I think it's because it has an HD requirement for corpses.
AT Octavia can use weapons to save on casts, which is relevant early-mid to late midgame. But in general I strongly believe that having her meaningfully contribute in pretty much every fight, including trash mob fights, far outweights that.
Yeah, except you need to fight sufficiently strong enemies to recharge. But you can keep sucking Souls to access more Burn as you go. Can't stack songs anymore so this is now bad.
Well it’s really good if you’re spamming Haste (Celerity) with Kanerah at level 6 nine times per rest or whatever.Yeah, except you need to fight sufficiently strong enemies to recharge. But you can keep sucking Souls to access more Burn as you go. And you're not very strong after a rest - and many tend to rest before major fights. And can't really unload during a serious fight.
For me those disadvantages are crippling.
Not that a Deadly Earth spammer won't be OP anyway. But it'll be a while. And of course, this playstyle can grow old real fast.
Oh, right, good point.Demoralize lol.
Should only need Shatter against hard targets. You eventually get Frightful.
wrong threadI just got to the end of act 3 and I'm a bit confused about something in the ending dialogue:
What exactly is Galfrey's problem with the Sword of Valor? The fuck did I do to it? I genuinely don't remember, but I'm fairly certain I never clicked on any evil options or anything regarding it.
Shit, you're right, it is the wrong thread. Anyway, thanks for the answer.wrong threadI just got to the end of act 3 and I'm a bit confused about something in the ending dialogue:

but the answer is
you overwrite it with you Mythic Power. Unless you are an Angel iirc she will still be mad about it as you are essentially overwrting a relic of Iomedae
Well, you've still claimed and attuned / personalised a holy relic as yours.Shit, you're right, it is the wrong thread. Anyway, thanks for the answer.wrong threadI just got to the end of act 3 and I'm a bit confused about something in the ending dialogue:

But at least I know she's just reeing for no reason.I'm doing an angel playthrough and she still bitches about it.
Anyway, mods, you can move these posts or delete them, I don't know.
