Probably old news to most people here but it's really neat how the order of recruitable NPCs in Chapter 1 is based on your choices, so far as locking you out of a companion.

Case in point: I restarted and, to try something different, ignored the Old Sycamore questline until I was done with the Temple. I thought Tristian getting wounded and remaining unavailable was part of the story, so imagine my surprise when he joined right on the spot once I dealt with the bear. On the other hand, I didn't manage to recruit Valerie after freeing her from the Old Sycamore prison, probably need to wait until Chapter 2.

It was all seamless, the kind of thing you can only appreciate on a replay.

PSA: the latest Call of the Wild mod version (released 8 Feb) breaks compatibility with Eldritch Arcana (and EA updated) and is intentional by the mod creator. If you enjoy using both do not update.

I punched in Eldritch Arcana, compatibility, etc. and cannot see anything. Neither does the comment section mention any incompatability with EA. Where did you read this?

Some Bloodrager ability does not seem to work:
Are you bloodraging? Most of Bloodrager abilities activate only when he is Bloodraging, unless it is stated otherwise.

Some Skald rage powers are not shared with party members:
Stance powers, and powers requiring explicit ability activation are not shared by design.

Feral Combat does not work with certain wildshapes:
Feral combat only works for primary hand weapon, i.e. bite for wolves, smilodon, giant flytrap and dragons, claw for leopard, bear and hodag, gore for mastodon, slam for mandragora, shambling mound and elementals.

While running your mod, I am unable to properly load some other mod (EA, AMA ...):
You can try to launch the other mod before Call of the Wild by adding "Requirements": ["OtherModName"] line to your_game_folder/Mods/CallOfTheWild/info.json

Can I disable certain features of the mod?
Yes, list of features that can be disabled can be found in your_game_folder/Mods/CallOfTheWild/settings.json. Just change true to false, for the feature you want to disable.

I think I found a bug:

I can find nothing else in relation to mods not working with CotW.

Take 1 lvl of monk and then any other class 19. That is best monk build

Okay I found a good build. I was gonna use Nerd Commando's Paladin2/Monk18 but this build looks very flashy and OP Monk18/Thug1/Vivi1.

Worthy of being a king of Whiteopia or the 4th Reich still not sure what I am gonna name my kingdom.

Buildings are not very important, except if you're lawful, or evil. In fact, you shouldn't build much all the way to chapter 3, and even then it's probably just Long House/City Hall + Tavern, the teleporters and the artisans workshops.

Later on, buildings are a source of espionage (since you can't get it anywhere else as easy).

Just read descriptions and use your head, and you should be fine.
