I have five tanks. I’ve just been using Hampering Hex since it isn’t mind affecting.
Welp, that's another hex I missed for some reason. I honestly can't see Camellia leaving my party, she's just too good. Man that hex is nuts.

Yeah, I mistakenly said Demon instead of Devil.

By the way, is the gnome from Cheliax and/or a Devil-worshipper?

I actually have an answer to your question. A camp convo from Regill I just got a few minutes ago.

Yes he is definitely a devil-worshipper or at least a diabolist. He has a whole line about "only the worthiest fighters become devils in hell, if that's the case it's only fair." He then says "lazy fighters can retire. But for true warriors, death is not a reason to leave service." So definitely a diabolist.

Ties in with him being chill about his bleaching.

Jeebus, fighting lvl 24 Demodand with lvl 10 party. He has Adhesion (Resinous Skin from CotW) that Disarms you unless you pass a Reflex check. No problem my Eldritch Scoundrel companion who just owned the Deskari Devastator has 25 Reflex. Welp, 32DC.

OK just a Grapple Check to get it back. Oh, 62 CMD. So just whack him Unarmed for 30. Untrained Unarmed triggers AoO from boss who already has eight attax. Ho ho Protective Luck Hex + Empowered Mirror Image. Too bad you got Debilitated with my fist. No Dice sucka!

Good God I’ll never be able to stop playing this. Course they’ll probably have to nerf some of it.

I think so as well, I'm curious to see what he says to a gnome PC, it is why I'm really interested in owlcat's increased reactivity kickstarter goal.

I hear you, trying to stop myself from playing alpha more but always failing my will save...

I keep telling myself to stop playing, I will burn myself out. Issue is the Alpha is really fun.

Is there a compiled list of the archetypes known to be in game?

Curious about all of them and if the bloodrager hulkamaniac combat maneuver spell striker is added

Thank you, that's awesome. I think Blood Conduit was the bloodrager archetype I was thinking of, so looks like it's not in the game but I'm not too surprised, it's weird.

Anyways, shiddddddd that's a lot of archetypes. I am in heaven.

Probably not a popular opinion but it would be cool if it did the deadfire thing where you could select from 3 or so for each companion.

Game is fun.

Somehow I became Chaotic Evil even though I dindu nuffin.

Maybe Proclaimer isn't a bad idea, I now have 37 Persuasion and the auto demoralize aura and stun as I am now a mythic trickster.

I can't find some people though and not sure if they are in the game. Where the fuck is Cair?

He's in the town square, near the inn. He's standing somewhat close to the stairs, near the stone monument.

I hope the DLC for this game is better than what is was for Kingmaker. Kingmakers DLC was a little meh in my opinion, none of it was really that good. I want more meaty dlcs with some actual content in them this time

What's the issue with asking for more content? I get if it's a scenario where they literally ripped pieces of base game content and sold it later down the line but it doesn't seem to be the case at all so far.

At most, I'd prefer more expansion esque content than bite sized DLC stuff but honestly with how the game's shaping up so far, I don't know if it'll even need that big of an injection given Wrath is a sequel doing more with a base game (Kingmaker) to boot.

Can someone please share how they implemented Skald and its archetypes, what kind of abilities they have? Did anyone try these, how do they play?

It's basically a Bard, with slightly more spellcasting power (spell kenning) and rage powers through song. Basically this is the guy you take if you DON'T intend to have many spellcasters in your party, and/or focus on melee. Looking at the current roster of companions, I think that, ironically, a Skald is far more useful in Kingmaker (the Call of the Wild mod added the class there as well).

Well every different Skald does something different. There's even one which boosts caster stats.

Seelah and Sosiel are STR-based, as are mounts and pets (including the lvl 14 Azata Dragon), and Greybor as well I believe, so you could certainly get there.

Not just Rage Powers but gives them to everyone. Pounce is a Rage Power.

Sosiel also has this beauty:

Charming Smile (Sp): At 8th level, you can cast charm person as a swift action, with a DC of 10 + 1/2 your cleric level + your Wisdom modifier. You can only have one creature charmed in this way at a time. The total number of rounds of this effect per day is equal to your cleric level. The rounds do not need to be consecutive, and you can dismiss the charm at any time as a free action. Each attempt to use this ability consumes 1 round of its duration, whether or not the creature succeeds on its save to resist the effect.

Except each activation only lasts one round, which is enough because Swift.
