The final dungeon of CH1 was so easy. I did it with 1 reload.

Ok, so I have no idea what is going on.

I assumed the issue with grease was limited to some one off thing with the boss battle but now it's happening every battle.

Nenio keeps casting it on her own (and with her targeting she might as well be on the other team) despite me having turned off the AI. As far as I can tell, she is the only one doing this and she is only doing it with this one spell. She casts it over and on, on top of itself, until her spellbook runs out.

What gives?

All good writing breaks the fourth wall here and there - Shakespeare is full of asides. The thing that makes bad art bad is breaking the other three, so Mary Sues suck because there's a real person in your fictional setting, likewise the donor cameos in PoE - you can feel that is off.

Nenio (and Nok-nok) are comic relief like Rosencrantz and Guildenstern. They lampoon a type of person rather than a specific person so it's something the audience (or player, or reader) can all relate to without being something from real life (like a Tranny, for instance) ripped from the headlines that ruins the illusion, the distance from the banal real that lets you reflect on it and re-create it.

Trying really hard to justify shit characters. By your method I could justify literally anything. This character is completely out of place in the context of the setting, has nothing interesting to listen to and is just over-the-top in all directions. Getting sick of hearing this shill bullshit constantly.

Also, I've rested twice so far, 9 hours each time. How much time do I have until the demons attack the tavern?

I did it! I shouldn't have cast venomous entangle at the end, but anyway. The loot was underwhelming though. I wouldn't have done it if I knew.

For people who are far into the game, how bad is the SJW shit? Since I haven't started playing, I'm seriously considering refunding it.

It's mostly front-loaded, if you can make it past the 1st chapter it's not so bad, you get companions that resemble actual people and the SJW propaganda is mostly quietly dropped (apparently there to impress lazy nerd journalists who don't bother playing beyond a couple hours...)
Writing remains sub-par but not as bad; combat is great, much better than 1st game, worth playing if you can make it past the 1st part.

Unlike Octavia she will fire a weapon. Try equipping a xbow.

Should be able to Treat Affliction, and there’s a wand available.

Don’t neglect skills. They’re important.

Two out of the three first attacks of that thing were crits, I swear. The third one was still a hit. Spidergirl missed her attacks the first two turns, then took half his health with a single hit. This game is RNG lottery.

Sure I inspected him. It was immune to electricity, damage resistance to fire, ice and acid, as all demons. Also immune to blinding, tripping, prone, and other stuff I forget. Magic resistance pretty much preventing me from hitting him with magic missle. The "shooting in melee" modifier preventing me from hitting him with other magic.

I’d have to look at it again. I think I had Cam use her Ghost Touch + Reduce Person + Fencing Grace + Keen (15-20) crit? Hampering Hex and Debilitating from Wolj?

Complaints about RNG are complaints about skill.

Missing the bow is just laziness.
