and you walk around picking up cans of oil?
Cans of oil grants you extra movement points upon use.
One of the changes from HoMM i found interesting is that you can choose to hold onto one use items like that. Instead of picking between gold or experience you can hold onto the picked treasure and give bonus exp to some other hero for example.

Such nostalgia. I was there on day one. Was doing great in story, and in PVP battles. I had good items, and we were a few dudes playing together. Everything was going well, and then we decided to do a pvp battle, and came up against Koreans. Go for our usual strategy, whatever it was, and then get absolutely smashed to pieces. None of us even got angry. We were just hopelessly laughing as we were getting slaughtered. Koreans are on a whole other level.

Sadly I only started to play GW1 as an adult. And honestly, din't liked GW2 but loved GW1, just din't liked that is too hard to maintain your minions alive for more than few minutes.

If someone has more old school games like it to recommend, I would love to try it. Other old mmo which I played but sadly was shut down was Shadowbane

I really miss when I could have MY character instead of being a clone of everyone else and the unique difference being the gear.

I'm not much of a MMO guy in general. Dark Age of Camelot was fun, and was a Realm v Realm v Realm game. Chaos would ensue when realms would invade each other. Fps would drop like a crazy mofo when you would have like 100 players in an area.

Tried a private server a couple of years ago, but I didn't last long.

Dark Souls at home:
Stream says it's really a Sekiro clone:
"This is one of the best replicas of Sekiro out there. It's low budget, it has the stupid godrays, but it sure was damn fun with all its clunkiness. If Mr. Tanis works on that clunkiness and maybe gets some better animations, then this would definitely be a big game, since the combat and gameplay already have potential. Loved it, and even finished it in 116 minutes, but I won't be refunding it just because of the execution of this. Weird how it only has 1 other review and it released almost a year ago; or maybe not, since the price, in my opinion, is the single offender of this game."
