Are you playing the original DOS version? Or does the Legacy option of the remake come with original artwork?

I'm playing The Bard's Tale via glorious Amiga emulation.

The emulator's turbo function is quite useful when casting offensive spells that hit 396 berserkers in a row.

I'm playing The Bard's Tale via glorious Amiga emulation.

Heh, I should have recognized it. After all it was the version I completed the game with.
But the Hunter was bugged in the Amiga version. There was an "overflow" bug, where his critical chance would reset every 16th level.

I tried to play BT2 with an Amiga emulator, though, but it was maddening how every time you kicked in a door the game would take a few seconds to load the graphics from disk instead of from memory, so I gave that up.
