lol

Shilling has reached entirely new levels. I'm unused to game companies outright lying on their system requirements just to sell some hardware.
You never noticed the games that shill Nvidia or Intel. I'm used to seeing system requirements that don't even mention AMD. Like it doesn't exist.

Welcome to the other side.

I mean I'm used to them shilling hardware. I'm not used to them saying 1080P needs this ridiculously excessive hardware. Usually they at least pretend to tell a variety of the truth.

Although considering Bethesda games... well, even then, the lie would be that it runs well on any system.

I see what you're saying lmao you make a good point

What happens a lot of the time is that devs simply don't test older systems, they don't have them. They test on the worst system they and call it a day.

This often leads to bloated system requirements for no good reason and those are probably not actual "minimum requirements", but rather "we recommend something like this at this resolution, ymmv etc."

PC RPG Website of the Year, 2015 Make the Codex Great Again! Grab the Codex by the pussy Insert Title Here RPG Wokedex Divinity: Original Sin 2 A Beautifully Desolate Campaign Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag. Pathfinder: Wrath
I got this as a present yesterday. When I watched the bethesda presentation I really liked the gamepad's design, and I now found that the underneath of the handles, and the tops of the sticks are covered with an easy-grip surface. I don't know if it's rubber or plastic, but it feels good.

I'm still playing Starfield with mouse&keyboard though. However this controller will be handy for BG3 co-op, I already have another xbox controller which I bought for playing Cuphead, and it's far easier to co-op with two gamepads than have one person with a gamepad and another with mouse and keyboard.

They can't test whole game on old system, when they don't program the game on an old system. QA typically uses recommended configurations.

Yes, and QA probably doesn't have any systems older than 5 years on hand. If it runs on anything older than 5 years, well ok but they don't care, they're just aiming for that window.

Just briefly watched a random part of the video. That person seems incredibly unstable. On edge, ready to have a meltdown at any moment.
