Again I'm stuck. I reached even the jotunheim glades and could't find Heimdall. Where is he?

So you crossed the rainbow bridge. Shouldn't he be there? Keep in mind there were some bugs with Heimdall, I don't know if they addressed it in the latest patches.

I'm currently playing through the game on Legendary to reach the new expansion. The new Electrum mechanic is very meh, not worth the hassle really.
Farming for relics is still tedious as ever, but at least there's on an online tq database with probability loot locations. I have a bunch of scrolls lying around, it's just very time consuming.
What I'd like to see are potions which at least temporarily raise your resistances, at least on Legendary.

Considering the lukewarm to bad response to the new DLCs, I decided to play AE edition only - vanilla and Immortal Throne. And I keep getting blue and purple item drops that I can't pick up because some piece of shit idiot jogger put the new Ragnarok and Atlantis items into the old world loot tables and unless you install the new DLCs, you can't pick them up.

Broke is a strong word, but yeah, items from the expansions drop and you can't pick them up.

The expansion item drops on AE-only game has been around for quite some time so probably not a bug, just a cheap-ass way to lure folks into buying expansions.

Of course, it's a feature and not a bug. Without a doubt. I just finished the game on Legendary difficulty. That's enough of TQ for another few years. Next time I'll ditch the new edition and whip out my old original TQ + IT discs.

I'm playing as an thunderer(Storm + Rune) and how do I deal with jotuns, yetis and other creatures with high cold res? My will'o wisp thunder damage is tinny and my guardian stones have too long cooldown. Worth investing in a skill only to deal with them?

Just equip fire weapons for them. I keep high specific resistance armor & weapons for some enemies in my stash.

Yeah, I dunno about jotun, but yeti aren't a big threat anyway, so you should be more than fine with a fire staff.
Also the purpose of the wisp is not dps, you just have to reach 6 point ( + skill item help, just unequip them after) to unlock the stun, afterward he's just here to tank and to give the huge + elemental damage buff.

Only I'm having a serious bug as a DRUID? I can't talk to Woden. I click in him but nothing happened. Is really sad cuz I previously played as a thunderer and was dying a lot in Epic difficulty. Was deathless till chapter 5 of this game as a druid and can't progress due a bug.

OTher question. Is the unique way to have some survivability as an ice shard caster is to dual class with nature and play as a druid? My Tuhnderer took so many hit kills in this game that was not even funny.

Dual classing to nature as a caster is also my favorite build, and arguably the best option. Spirit and dream are the others decent one, and I guess you could make an argument for the two masteries added by EE.
Not a fan of taking earth, Core dweller, heat shield and Stone form are good skill fore sure, but you're not going to put point anywhere else.

Heat Shield works as a 1 point wonder. Core Dweller is 16 points plus 1 in each mod, up it via +1 skills, you can get +5 to all at least, which makes him more than strong enough. Stone Form is another 1 point wonder. That leaves plenty of points for Ice Shards, Wisp and Squall, the only 3 important skills.

I tried playing Storm+Spirit. The life/mana leech triple lightning bolts works for a while, but then you run into the gigantes, which kill you in 1 shot from range while tanking anything you can throw at them...

Summoner Nature+Spirit had the same problem.

I found War+Def to be the most consistent performer throughout the 4 acts.

Just put lots of points into hp...

Storm+Earth maxin Core Dweller and having a point in Stoneform was plenty of survivability.

Did you got OHKilled? My Thunderer(Storm + Rune) is having a really hard time against Epic Hades. I got OHKilled with no time to react at lv 54.

In my second char, I chose Nature due the +85% health, +18% elemental resistance and + 50% chance of halving my spell cost from
Heart of Oak without considering gear. Considering gear, is possible to have 90% chance of halfing spell cost + 31% resist. The nymph servant + her shield also helps a lot the survivability. So far, I loved the Nature tree but hated the Rune tree and the Earth tree is too "fire" based for my taste.

the two masteries added by EE.

Rune sadly don't solve the main problem of caster. Low survivability. And Neidan except by the -resist doesn't seem to synergies well with storm.

There is only 1 gigantes who should be able to do that, Dactyl or whatever that unique gigantes name is, which is just a middle finger to the player because of its absurd damage which is hard to avoid.
Here a Druid in 10x XMAS defeating Surtur:

Yes, I was, since it was my first character and I had no idea what I was doing and because I did not realize how severe the difficulty increases on legendary compared to epic. Once I fixed my piss poor resistances and upped my life to 4.5k-5k I was able to avoid that though.
The only enemy I remember still giving trouble was Dactyl but that one was always overtuned as hell. Though once my gear was upt to par I shredded him in seconds before he could come close enough.

Storm + Nature is the easiest of all 3 of my most played characters because I haven't found a single enemy which is resistant to ice shards. Both my poison-based rogue/nature char and dream/spirit vitality-based char have huge trouble with undead and constructs and it's a huge pain.

Man trying TQ after Grim Dawn is hard. It has the same fundamentals I guess but the area in this game is just too big for its own good.
