Aren't Larian the ones who bitched about how their play testers kept choosing white males in BG3 instead of freakshit?
Or was that Owlcat in Wrath?
>make a deep character creator
>open it for beta testing
>most people make the same character
>therefore won't report what helmets or capes clip on demons or elves
>make a joke about this
>GamerGators wage unholy jihad on you for years to come
Something something snowflake.

Larian Cultists are too busy having belgian cum all over their faces. It makes it hard for them to see things clearly.
Remember when they review bombed the older Baldur's Gate games on Steam because they were too "difficult"?
Yeah.

Not gonna lie, a race of perpetually irate alligators who worship video games sounds pretty funny.
Alligator mount for the Codex mascot when?

Weird, the AI sounds like something Roguey would post.

She doesn't sound like Jaheira. Guess Larian hasn't been able to find the original voice actress either.

I hadn't played this before so decided to give it a go, just reached the beach (lol another one of these).

Why are there so many cutscenes? They all look terrible in a non-intentional, uncanny valley sort of way. The engine seems competent enough, by why prioritize this sort of shit? Who the fuck even cares about facial expressions and muh dialogue with dramatic camera angles in a top-down arpeegee?

Not a fan of the interface either. Combat seems good enough, but there's this overriding feeling that the production of the game ballooned out of control and the new bloated Larian prioritized all the wrong aspects of design.

It's really odd giving a game that was supposed to be released some time this year that was delayed until next year that's still in Early Access gets a reward. What's going to happen next? Is Todd going to anounce the TESVI game of the year edition?
