Is the game enjoyable in its current state or do i have to wait 3 months of patches to play it?

its enjoyable but frustrating. The bugs will get in the way at times. Its up to you based on how bored you are at present as to if its worth your time or not.
The games basically an early access game.
Yeah that's probably a good reason to play a hacker type, but man do I fucking hate minigames. We'll see how soldier goes, if it's boring then maybe I'll try a hacker/melee stealth thing like some recommend.

Don't worry the MC does a complete 180 from hating his guts to him actually liking him for no reason as soon as you start any side missions.

Current Cyberpunk 2077 impressions. 7 hours 47 minutes.
Jank:
- Too janky for AAA. Virtually every aspect of the game is at least *somewhat* bugged.
- Poorly optimized no matter the hardware
- Audio mixing seems off. The dialogue is often not loud enough for the music.
Narrative:
- V has more personality than he/she should. You will always be an obnoxious lil' shit.
- Female V's voice acting is goofy. She's trying to sound "badass" but instead sounds like a young boy pretending to be older.
- Several EXTREMELY contrived story beats.
- I've no interest in Keanu or Silverhand, but it's at least 50% his story, not yours - the player.
Gameplay:
+ The city is huge.
+ There's tons of content
- The skilltree is boring. Many %-bonuses. There's not much to character builds.
- Can't hide the come fuck me arrows (objective markers).
- No universal character death. Can't kill those obnoxious YouTube "celebrities."
- Can't reject cyberwear. No purist runs allowed.
- Melee stealth build is comepletely pointless thanks to instakill options.
- Stealth in general is extremely simple.
- AI is braindead in many combat scenarios.
- In general, the game is very easy even on the hardest difficulty.
- Loot is entirely pointless.
- Char creator is limited
- Have not yet found many clothing options I like.
Other:
- Nudity censorship in-game no matter the settings or what was promised (Underwear bug/censor).
Current score: 6 (Subject to later change)

I'm still not sure what people on PS4 were expecting though. Yes, technically the game should work fine on consoles too, but let's face it.
8-core mobile processor that even the second gen i5 back from 2011 can outdone with one hand, the GPU on the level of GTX 650 Ti and around 5.5 gigs of VRAM for everything.

Why would you want to lock anything to 30 fps? The game runs stable 100+ fps on a gaming hardware.

I'm getting 60 on a 5700XT, but on medium. Haven't tried to optimise it any yet because I'm going to give the game a few months to finish gestating.

I finally did the Delamine mission. Tell me again how this isn't GTA? Because that was a very GTA mission. Even down to the escort missions.

I can just keep on living my life, thank you very much, I play games for escapism! If I want to partake in some misery tourism I watch a movie, it is over in about 2 hours so it doesn’t overstay its welcome not a 30+ hours game.

Just take the Arasaka pill. Hellman is very intelligent, talented and ambitious. If nothing else, he'll find a way to transfer you back into a body eventually in order to boost his scientific ego. Ignore hippie girl's Tarot reading in that ending, she just can't cope that you'd side with people who killed her boyfriend. The transfer worked for Saburo and despite not willing to meet you, Hanako seems to be personally interested in your (relative) well-being, considering she wants to be updated on the progress of your rehabilitation, is the one who sends Hellman to present you with other options when it's clear the surgery didn't go as expected, and even contacts you in the ending where you refuse and decide to live your last days. I'd say you don't have any better chances of continuing your life than that. Nomad ending might be presented as the most optimistic, but I'll take my chances with the biggest corporation in the world that actually managed to transfer person to another body than with 21st century equivalents of bushmen who have """contacts""" (so does Arasaka, you mutt, and they're bound to be way better) and optimistic Tarot reading of some hippie.

Why don’t they just run your on a computer? It seemed the old Arasaka guy ran on computer just fine and ony needed to steal his son’s body for legal reasons. Why even transfer into flesh when you can run safely on soe server and have dozen robot bodies controled by WiFi?

I think stealth in outer worlds "worked" only because the enemies couldn't spot you even when you were running around.
You do run on a computer though. Your mind is transferred to Mikoshi which is where Saburo's mind was being kept as well before they transferred him to Yorinobu's body. As for why you'd want to transfer back into an actual body, I guess it's to feel that actual control you have as a human? You know, being able to feel, touch and all that.
