You have no idea about how many times i have seen youtube retards saying that shit. I just look for some review about some casual shooter with rpg progression and see some dipshit bragging about being hardcore RPG fan and grog because he played skyrim and fallout 3 lol.

The worst thing is that i am fucking 33,not even old. It just shows that society and progress move far too fast and it will end up with bad things happening.

That's about when it started for me too. I'm 40 now and it won't get any better, I can promise you that. However once you make peace with it, and realize every bro throughout history has gone through the same thing, you'll be better off. Or you can get progressively more bitter and angry about it like most around here, I guess.

And i think next year is going to be worse, really, unless Todd releases Starfield and let's hope it really is Fallout 4 in space and not any other kind of shit. Outside of Starfield, Humankind (4X civilization de-throner) and perhaps potential DLCs for Warhammer Gladius i do not expect anything else to interest me, really. Notice that 2 of the 3 are 4X games, one is already released. Yup, CRPGs are so fucked that in the last years i mainly play strategy games. Don't expect it to change any time soon.

Wasteland 3 and Cyberpunk 2077 are close contenders for GOTY for me, I guess Wasteland 3 takes the crown, being a real cRPG, more polished and akin to the stuff I like in rpgs.

CP 2077 is loads fun, but is disappointing in content, performance, bugs and so on, but still a very fun and decent game.

Seriously, most of those were good games, or at least decent. Skyrim was a masterpiece and Dragon Age 2 was a great CRPG in terms of story and characters, plus nice graphics and voice acting. 2011 was one of the best years in gaming, comparable to 1998.
