Seriously, though, imagine if instead of picking a patron god in PoE that you built your paladin by taking multiple non-trivial oaths that would create tension for the player within combat and dialogue.

I have decided on a EK 12 conjuration specialist 8 will be best
6 EK - 2 Conjuration esp. then probably go 5 more EK and leave the last EK level for 20 if the campaign ever makes it that far.

Minor conjuration seems really amazing, able to create poisons or alchemist fire at will seems great. could treat it as an utility belt, a character thats always prepared.

Show me where he said that, and I'll tell you why it's bullshit. If 5e was doing that well they'd be making new content for it.
They are making new content for it. They are just throroughly playtesting it first.

I believe that WoTC are just taking their time and attempting to release quality content instead of a quantity of content (like they did w/4e, where there were like 20 books available in the first few months, you see how well that went). This is also just WoTC books, not the games and/or 3rd party supplemental.

Cloak -- ... they were going up into the icy mountains, and this temple under a mountain that's basically become a repository of evil. There was this sect of good-aligned wizards and paladins who were keeping this temple, and all of the evil within it, trapped there, to keep the world from going, you know, crazy. Keep the world safe. But that was 400, 500 years ago. What's in there enow? Well, maybe the wizards have all died off. Maybe they sort of succumbed to the evil there. Who knows? But it's an interesting story, and that's a piece, or a fragment, of a story that is going to be important in the future.

Dagger -- Dagger is a story in which you're going around and pillaging the ancestral mounds of barbarian tribes. And that has a slightly different feel, don't you think? It feels a bit more pulpy, and oh, you're got an airship! Great!

They're still making adventure paths...so what? Those aren't even being made in-house, they're outsourced to Mearls' friends in other game companies. And they're only for the subset of DMs who don't want to come up with their own adventures. Why doesn't 5e make content for everyone?

But I am fully aware this entire post was a complete waste of fucking time because WotC isn't pumping out 30 dollar books with a smattering of new character options for martials that nobody is buying and that's your definition of a healthy game. You will literally ignore this, handwave it with some pissy comment or stick a button to my post in a negative way because you're a dumb fucking retard and you have an irrational hateboner for the best selling RPG of that last two years, you worthless pile of subhuman shit. :retarded:
This more than anything else is why people who aren't 5e fanboys have a negative opinion of it. The players have a cultlike devotion to it and can't accept that some people prefer other games, instead you get really upset about people not liking what you like.

LMAO ARE YOU LITERALLY SAYING "WHY DOESNT WOTC MAKE CONTENT FOR PEOPLE THAT MAKE UP THEIR OWN CONTENT" HOLY SHIT LMAO

Citation needed nerd. Show me a list of people that aren't shrieking autistic 3aboos that have a negative opinion of 5e. :)
Do you ever think before posting? WotC could be making monster books, setting books, character option books...but you're just gonna go into a sperg rage and blurt out the first thing that comes to mind. And as for "shrieking autistic 3aboos"...you're just proving my point. 5e has the most toxic fanbase in the industry.

Has anyone played Curse of Strahd? I read good stuff about it, how long does the campaign approximately take to finish? In a scenario where each session takes 3-4 hours 2 or 3 times a month

I'll admit that SCAG sucked though, it was a ripoff and most of the classes were shit
