Some folks watch cute animal clips on Youtube, I watch clips of Kitchen Nightmares. Out of context Gordon Ramsay sounds like a condescending asshole, but in context he's a passionate chef trying to help people who're so entrenched in their positions (even as everything comes tumbling down around them) that the only way to reach them is with the naked truth. Blizzard must be pretty entrenched if they didn't see this coming. That Blizzcon attendee merely vocalised what everyone in the room was thinking but was too afraid to say out loud, and the media portray him as a bad guy? Even with the context?

You know what's really bad? The mobile market. It preys on the weak and vulnerable as a matter of course, introducing kids to the wonders of gambling, and milking people riddled with impulsive disorders who make up the bulk of the revenue. Blizzard wasn't announcing a new game to consumers so much as a new revenue stream to investors.

It wasn't released on consoles until nearly two years after its PC release, and the console versions weren't announced until much later, so in this context (pre-release hype, BlizzCon, etc.), that is irrelevant.
