Metacritic should at least take the median or a mode and not the mean as a final score. That way some faggotry 75 wouldn't impact the overall ranking that much.

I couldn't stick with SRR for more than 30 minutes, probably the biggest waste of money last year.

Put 70 hours into D:OS already, almost finished. Even if I would never replay it it's well worth it's money and probably the only game I put more than 20 hours in other than multiplayer games, at least in the past 5 years.

I mean, SRR was fun good for what it was, but c'mon. There's no comparison really. Despite personal preferences this is one of the better games in the genre we've been dealt in a long time.

Fun fact: the randomized AI gimmick got me two opposite reactions for the same character consecutively. I was trying to dig up the grave at the healers backyard in Cyseal and my other party member told me not to do it because think of the children. I think I accidentally pressed 1 or something and reset the counter, picked the option not to dig up the grave and the same guy called me a pussy for not having the balls to do it.
Also, who the fuck though it was a good idea to have an AI partner oppose your answers in a quiz? How fun to have to re do that shit even when you know the answers because dumb ass AI opposes your answer no matter which option you pick and whether you win the argument or not is a matter of luck. Pick correct and your partner will pick incorrect. Pick incorrect and your partner will pick correct. Luckily you can circumvent this if you have 3/4 party members
How long will it take for the DOS haze to go off

SRR and MMX lasted about two weeks
Because SRR and DOS are comparable in size and scope

I've reloaded for a better start, not because I can't win, but because dead characters get no exp, which is fucking retarded.
It's not a big deal actually, exp charts balloon so quickly that the lost exp is a tiny % of the end game exp so you end up losing nothing.

14 days now and there's no competition at all, Big releases are always in october to christmas, nothing in july wich is completely stupid.Publishers still think all gamers are kids waiting for christmas gifts.
Publishers like to release games around Christmas because it's the holiday most sacred to their lord, Mammon.

I think it must be a rare drop because I hadn't seen it on my two other previous playthroughs. Maybe it's just a nicety for playing Dual Lone Wolf on Hard Mode?

I am talking about criticisim immunity

Don't be silly. You've been here long enough to know that many people talk about what they're excited about while playing and then give more criticisms in their overall summary after completion.

Going from rogue to 2h warrior is pain. Used to be able to move ~5m per 1ap, now 5m eats the entire AP bar.

Who's talking about scope

I am talking about criticisim immunity
There's alot more to criticize in a 10 hour romp with no exploration than in a full fledged CRPG. Of course there are things to criticize in DOS too, but who would've thought that we'd see a kickstarter/low budget game with this kind of scope, production values and level of reactivity with out too many bugs. It feels like the kind of game that could've been released by Black Isle/Troika back/Bioderp in early 2000s, which is something that can't be said for SRR, which has nice systems but is lacking in content to elevate those systems. Same goes for Souls games vs dungeon crawlers on the DS/PSP

This game is criticism immune? I've been arguing its weaknesses with people for the last 20 pages. In fact, only discussion I remember being in where people straight up refused to ackknowledge an issue was you and Metro during the co op debate :M

Actually I wonder can we have somewhat brutal story for a change? With proper writting?

Something like this:
088-peko.png

Wait. We want a detailed explanation! Where in heavens are we?
Where...? It's obvious, isn't it...?
090-usami.png

Somewhere! Beyond the sea!
