Yup. There was a patch this evening, patchnotes said that the DLC issues were sorted. Obviously they are not. Damn. I want to play this.

No, every party member get the same amount of XP (it's not divided).

I hate stat requirements for weapons, STR in fallout is okay, it's specific to that stat, makes sense, and works dynamically. Not being able to equip a damn bow because my dexterity is too low is shit.

I had many students who injured themselves while trying to shoot with bow. One of them nearly lost his arm...

And? Do you think they were lacking in dexterity? Or anything that couldn't be achieved with strength or skill? Since I'm apparently an expert marksman skilled in the bow.
Worst thing still, is that it isn't dynamic, if the further away from the requirement, the less damage you did or accuracy you had it'd be fine. But not being able to equip it? Shit. Especially since it doesn't mention that in chargen. Bad game design for low IQ single player elitists.

Anyway you HAVE to take that stat, or you're an idiot, the bonus you gain by other stat points alone pales in comparison to having equipment with twice the damage stats at your level.
(Same goes for str > con.)

The graphics and vo seem adequate but I only got about 15 minutes in before I had to quit. I find the combat a little confusing.

I just wasn't "getting it" in the first battle. It took me a few seconds to realize that each party member can perform multiple actions per turn until they run out of action points.

Looking forward to later this year.

Beats me, the only time it worked for me was when I first started playing. Not that I care, I would've disabled it anyway. Saving's fine for me too; loading a bit faster than that even.

I don't even consider myself a genius but those kinds of dumb people really feel alien, someone should dissect them to see if it was the lack of oxigen during birth.

Did they ever balance the archer multi-arrow spray skill? I remember from the beta warping in my archer next to any enemy, and one shotting anything.

No, that's actually pretty much the case on sub-par machines. It takes a few seconds to save on my regular box as opposed to a few minutes on my old laptop (it even explicitly says it's freeing up memory so that it can even save the game at all). Luckily the autosave function can be turned off.

Update: dryan -- you may have already noticed, but the latest update fixed this issue (it apparently had to do with memory use on 32-bit Windows) and the saving now works normally (at least on my old laptop it does).
