Damn, I have no response to that.Your taste in writing is of one, who's grown up on comic books.
I wonder if it's okay traveling to Hiberhaim without first exploring the forest area. I went to the witch's shack almost immediately and now am at the lake.
Now, we cordially invite you to JOIN US in testing out our first attempt at VR gaming.
Who? PC players of Divinity: Original Sin- Enhanced Edition
What? Larian’s first in-game VR mode. You do NOT need a VR headset to try it.
Where? In your own living room/ dungeon/ Void
When? Right now!
How?
- Fire up Steam or GOG and download the most recent update for Divinity: Original Sin- Enhanced Edition.
- Start a new game. (The new mode won’t work in older saved games.)
- Conduct a little treasure hunt around the starting area of the game (VR-goggle engineering imps are known to hide loot along walls and behind crates) and you'll find a very special bag with everything you need to try the new mode.
If it comes with mouselook, I might actually give it a second try...Sounds like an FPS cam.
Wonder what's the point of Walter wishing well's weather change will, given it's only available, when you've already completed the whole Hiberheim, where, i assume, he changes the weather in.
Voidspire Tactics has environmental interactions as well (I strongly suspect it was directly inspired by DOS). It even arguably takes them a bit further because they are also used for some slight puzzles. Despite the name, it's also a very open-ended game with a strong focus on exploration, a ton of secrets and alternative non-combat solutions.I might remember things incorrectly but if my memory serves me right this is basically the only game (at least recent, of the ones I've played (I must confess that I haven't played the gold box era games)) where for example rain makes puddles which you can then electrify, something that have always bothered me about magic in other games: no environmental effects (or whatever it's called).
D:OS is one of a kind, though I suppose you might also like Underrail

It is my understanding that you should be suspicious of parrots on this site
