If you think Larian is PC, wait until you read my article, especially the part about Dragon Commander.
Yeah. We're waiting. Like, still.

The one thing I really like about Codex Content is that quality comes before speed. Larian themselves are at fault for shooting their load too quickly (Gragt just visited them). Of course there's some amount of pressure for getting the piece out, but we don't do rushed content.
I'm just teasing him, bro. ;)

I know, it just a side-thought.

Pretty sure it's all about being willing to play the game. They're a reliable hype-machine in the vein of a lot of the bigger sites, that + any "prestigious credentials" aura they may or may not have make them better than a much more popular website that will bag on your shit 24/7 (i.e us). In other words, it doesn't matter how hot you are if you don't put out. Yes, RPGWatch is the ugly but eager ladyboy in this scenario.

Fun analogy. Although I think The Codex is only semi-attractive, but is known for it's dark practices in bed if you catch it's eye, however fickle. A risky endeavor in any case.

The Codex is a domina who lashes you with a whip, beats you with a cane, pulls you by the hair and forces you to worship her feet. But damn, she can give some really good whiplashes and after a while you really learn to love the taste of her toes. Her lashes are hard, though, and even those with the thickest skin will be left with bleeding cuts on their backs after several sessions. But if you actually deliver a good RPG to her, she will reward you with one of the best blowjobs you ever recieved.

And then she'll go back to viciously lashing that whip over your back.

Your metaphors lately are a bit on the disturbing side. Did you discover your BDSM affection? :M

It was hard to say why but i realize the things that don't get be me excited by this game despite being iso TB.

The first thing you see is 2 characters which look absolutely not customizable and quite "boring".
I don't care at all about complex customization option but having different character model is quite important to me (like in BG, a different model for a thief/mage/fighter is enough).
I know the system is classless but still, if i want to specialize in magic i want a character model who looks like a mage from the start (maybe it's possible but you don't see it).
Moreover you never see the character sheet with stats/skills..
You only see combats/dialogs and never talk about non combat cRPG skills.
That make a very bad first impression, it doesn't feel like a cRPG at all but a Zelda game. A TB Zelda with good combats options and dialogs choices but still a Zelda game.
And i dislike Zelda games.
It lacks one the most interesting thing that define a cRPG : character creation and character skills so it looks like an adventure game.
That was my 2 cents.

Very classy Haba to nitpick and erase the needed nuance of my post.
I wrote character customization in or more or less the same amount that in baldur : a mage looks like a mage, a warrior looks like a warrior and so on...
I don't care about hair/size/facial customization or different outfit for the same class.
Just a bare minimum.
Good combats and some dialogs choice without any skills (ouside of combat skill) is an incomplete cRPG but it's just my opinion.
I guess for you Icewind Dale is a CRPG.

All these kickstarters and Codex fundraisers are ruining my attempts to hoard money. I pay more for these campaigns than I do for games already released :retarded:

It's not like any of the released games deserve to be removed from inventory. At least with KS there is a chance for incline.

Thinking about sending another $20 their way for a beta access, I have always wanted to try eating old shoes.

Just seems a bit too much... but whatevs. Im in for 25.

As far as i understand they cannot change the existing tiers... but there is nothing stopping them to add more? Even at the same prices, right?

So they could just make one more 35 tier with different rewards added.
