This game isn't getting any post content, lmao. Great shit.

"No plans for downloadable expansions. The developer's full attention has now shifted entirely to the next Mass Effect as their current project."

BioWare Rules Out Any Dragon Age: The Veilguard DLC

Now focused on Mass Effect
Dragon Age: The Veilguard PS5
BioWare has revealed it won't be releasing any post-launch DLC or expansions for its new PS5 release Dragon Age: The Veilguard, as the developer has now shifted all its attention to the next Mass Effect game. During a deep dive interview with Rolling Stone, creative director John Epler confirmed the shift in focus.

"With Dragon Age: The Veilguard now complete, BioWare confirms that there are currently no plans for downloadable expansions. The developer's full attention has now shifted entirely to the next Mass Effect as their current project."

At launch, Dragon Age: The Veilguard is said to contain anywhere between 50 and 80 hours of RPG content, depending on how much time you invest into its optional elements and quests. Still, for there to already be confirmation of no DLC for a game like The Veilguard comes as a surprise. Besides ANTHEM, the vast majority of BioWare titles have received expansions in the months after release. Obviously, there'll still be patches and updates to fix any glitches or outstanding issues, but that appears to be the end of it for the studio.
The next Mass Effect instalment is what BioWare will focus on next, an RPG that will stick to its photorealistic graphics, as confirmed by project director Michael Gamble in a recent series of tweets. While Dragon Age: The Veilguard went for a more stylised look, Mass Effect will remain photorealistic for as long as Gamble is at the helm.

What was available on day one yesterday is now the complete Dragon Age: The Veilguard package, so it's a pretty good job BioWare has made a great RPG experience. "Its shift to crunchy action combat is an improvement over Inquisition's middle-of-the-road approach, and although the game feels a little light on meaningful player choice, the storytelling pulls no punches when it actually matters," we explained. "This is a gorgeous and gripping adventure, backed by a cast of endearing heroes and deliciously devious villains." We also have a Dragon Age: The Veilguard guide to help you get started with the RPG.

In Bulgarian for example(and probably most slavic languages) gender and sex are one word and the sorosoids need to use loanwords for that and it sounds retarded.
Really? In Serbo-Croat it actually fits very neatly. Gender afaik originates in linguistics and was imported into other disciplines from there so I'm surprised that there's no word in Bulgarian for gendered language especially since all Slavic languages are gendered.
I suspect a lot of languages have it, but no one realizes that the word can be used for people, instead of just linguistically. For example, in Lithuanian, the linguistic gender is called "giminė" - which directly translates to something like kindred, tribe, family, race. I am although surprised now, since I just google translated and one of the translations for giminė is gender, which I would never ever ever associate with the word.
Same here, our word "rod" is also used for tribe, kinship, family etc. and gender.
giminė, rod and etc. translated to other languages as "gender" means grammatical gender. That is the new feminist use for "род" (rodu in serbian I think), but the word is а homonym in bulgarian and it needs to be used with a modifier like an adjective in front of it. Like "женски род" (feminine gender), "мъжки род" (masculine gender), but used like that for "gender" means a grammatical gender and makes little sense, sounds very clunky and need additional clarity to be understood. I think in serbian and other slavic languages the presence of six (or seven) cases makes it easier to use something like "који је твој rodu?" and be understood as "gender", but I can easily see how it could obviously mean "from what family are you", but I may be wrong as I don't speak serbian.

Post the good shit if you can. I like reading retardera fags gas lighting themselves.

To your delight: https://imgur.com/a/jd8tF3E

There's a lot more criticism but reading one liners is pointless.
"Majority of this writing feels like some gen-z inspired cringe fest that's grown up on CW tv shows" - that's pretty funny. Also why do these assholes keep apologizing every time they so much as drop mild criticism, like they're afraid of getting pussy whipped for maybe suggesting that eating shit does indeed taste like shit.

Because they'll be best case scenario banned, worst case scenario shunned and doxxed for saying the mildest of things. They know the kind of a society they're a part of, and they're rightly afraid of it.

Well lets look at number of characters with questionable looks design.
At the start of game we have:
One recurring character that is "fan favorite".
One weirdo with a bow.
One main character where players can indulge theirs "white phobia", or play "white knight in shining armor".
One random Arabian brownie female rich mage.

Well if it's Arabia (inspired), it's probably normal, there were (and are) HORDES of brownies that are insanely greedy, slavers, or both.
Then, if main character is a female. We have three females after intro sitting around table and doing stuff. Like these female coffee parties, or is it "sooth saying parties"?

Then we have a choice, and either we have action?, or we have investigaaction.
If we have investigaaction we see someone with long ears, and for some reason developers thought they should have multiple colors EVEN WHEN it's against norm of that species.

Then we have someone that looks like a Chinese doll with long ears, which they could call somehow to make it some weird species. And...

And that's just character design.

Basically, it feels lifeless. It's basically few dolls are performing the play in front of theater of 8-11 years old, and it's probably bit worse because these 8 years old might be asking questions. Like why isn't there a lever for opening the door from inside. Or are they lootboxes? Or why they can't take weapons from enemies?

It does have positive: Skill system looks a lot better than skill system in Greedfall.
And the base kinda reminds me of battle tower in Divinity 2.

Dragon Age: Origins at least tried to be realistic. It wasn't a group of characters that looked like someone need to create poorly made copies of people around whole world because it has creative block, it was self contained and aside of taking inspiration from corrupted medieval France, it was semi-decent, and Fade felt interesting and as a nice addition.

Perhaps it gets better 20 hours into the game. From bad to average.

And we are at the point I wanted to reach with you - Dragon Age turned out to be a disaster, and the tragedy of this disaster will not be overshadowed by the large number of biodrones that will eat any shit from Bioware.

I see this as a reversal of 2016. Back then, no amount of fans reversed the overall course on woke.

Perhaps when things change, I will be able to enjoy RPGs again. However, it is enough for me to defeat those who promote this evil, globalist religion that sucks the life out of everything it touches. Just as Gamergate heralded the world as we know it, today we can count the years of a new era. In and out of games.

See you :)

Dragon Age the Veilguard's hype, player count, enthusiasm; it all feels fake, artificial, manufactured, forced.

I mean, it is within the realm of possibility that Bioware got a specific buget for this game and some clearly defined goals. But this being a US enterprise you never actually have a laid out plan before all of this, so within the Bioware org they would spend that money as they see fit. It is possible that they would spend marketing money on manipulating the narrative as best as possible in order to reach the goals and get what surely are, big fat bonuses. So basically, tricking their bosses a la volkswagen Group

Did it? Again - better numbers than Jedi Survivor. Never heard about anyone calling that a flop.
what? most jedi survivor players don't play on steam, they play on console.
nearly all DA players play on steam, console gamers don't even know wtf da is

Enjoy the Revolution! Another revolution around the sun that is.
Asmon is a 100% gameplay oriented, he doesn't care about writing at all, the script could literally only contain the letters G, Z and Y and he wouldn't mind. And apparently the game does make a good first impression with its combat, until it exhausts all the potential after about 10 hours, revealing itself to be repetitive and empty. Give him 10 more hours and watch him torch this turd.
