Can you play using the -DX11 command line parameter? Or Is there a DX11 toggle in the settings menu?

No, a streamer named Lance Mcdonald already tried it and he said it doesn't work. What might work is disabling Windows Control Flow Guard, it's helped with stuttering in other DX12 games.

Excuse me sir, my windows never has a heavy flow, thank you very much. Petite flow guards always work just fine for it.

I'm starting to get worried. My PC already is at the lower end of the requirements, so bad optimization could be my death blow. I really don't want to drive to the store tomorrow to get the PS4 version

For what I read around, the problem is not the PC specs, it seems like what's causing stuttering is the DX 12 Shader Cache, which is even more likely when reviews says that when you enter a new area the stutter appears and then after you return to it, it's suddenly gone. I guess FS could make a patch with the option of downloading pre compiled shaders like Horizon Zero Dawn did on pc.
