Some were questioning the point of building siege engines to break the walls. Well, the screenshot in my previous post is of an assault on an Aserai city with 500 defenders where I broke down the walls. This next screenshot is from an assault on an Aserai city with 500 defenders where I only built two siege towers and a ram. Roughly twice the casualties.

Notice that the battle took twice as long giving the defending archers more time to fire. And of course the first few waves of people scaling the walls have a low life expectancy.

I had to laugh raucously when I saw the outrage over on the resetera forum over the mod some guy released that brings realism to women's place in society back then instead of presenting them as empowered warrior princesseses. You shoulda heard the noise :D If you don't reset era over there, you're dead.... DEAD, I say! :P
Realism? It's Calradia, not historical Medieval Europe. It is not out of the question to have ahistorical features like this. I enjoy the warrior princesses a lot more, because surprisingly, being active in the game world makes a character much more interesting.

Romances in Warband were honestly pretty boring as a dude, at least when you weren't cutting a man's head off for courting your lady, then wondering why you bothered when everyone ended up hating you and she married someone else anyway.

Still, I don't see the need to apply modern morals to the Medieval or pseudomedieval world either. Standards were much different in our history, and Calradia would differ from ours too. Instead of coming across as "empowered womyn" or whatever, I think a better approach would be to portray female warriors as nothing special, just a regular part of life in the cutthroat world of Calradia. So, no more silly "I'm not like the other girls uwu, I know how to swing a sword" speeches from the companion ladies, since that would be like if she bragged about knowing how to use onlyfans or linkedin or whatever in our world.

Shut the fuck up....

A studio of Turk roaches certainly isn't one I expect to add feminist bullshit to their game, but I didn't expect degeneracy from Owlcat either. Guys, I think the problem lies with game devs as a whole.

Female representation in games could genuinely be better, to be fair. The idiot who tried shutting me up is a good example of the type to make it a big deal in the first place.

Like I said though, it doesn't have to be complicated. It can easily be done in a way that is more fitting to the game. What we have here is bad writing, not some convoluted feminist conspiracy.

Caved in and forked out the money to purchase this. Looks at the game's size: 31gb. Looks at my download speed: it's gonna take me 24 hours to download this thing :negative:

I have two character. Obelix the battanian wants to destroy the empire. My grandmother wants to restore the empire.
With lower level my grandmother despite being focused on tactics/steward stuff can fight better horseback because has medium height that means you can hit infantry without using polearm. They haven't fixed animations.

My wife. What a woman :love:Heir to the throne too.

Also notice that influence is pretty much broken too.
Imagine not having a housewife to take care of your home after you return from a long war.

Imagine not having a loving squirelady wife that takes care of your armor, your weapons in camp and most importantly, keeps your sword sharpened.

Imagine being cucked into oblivion by believing 40% less muscle mass, monthly hormonal fluctuations equal in magnitude to what a man experiences during his whole life and throwing away the biggest and most prized possession to make anyone a good soldier.

Imagine being so butthurt by a couple of butterlord screenshots.

Anyway, you think an imperial princess and lady of a major imperial clan is supposed to sweep around the castle? Lol, we have servants for that. She's with me on campaign so I can plow her huge tracts of land in the tent at night as evidenced by the seven babies. Between that she likes to keep in shape by bashing in some heathen heads.
