I guess you never played Icewind Dale 1/2, Dark Sun 1/2, Wizardry 1/2/3/5/6/7/8, Wizards and Warriors, Bard's Tale 1/2/3, Wasteland 1/2, Eye of the Beholder 1/2/3, Temple of Elemental Evil, or any of the dozen Gold Box games.........................

Real men don't pay for sex their party.

Yeah, most games give it up for free. PF saddles you with dweebs and forces you to pay to get rid of them.

Are you playing the first or second hotfix but not the third one for some reason? The first hotfix broke that feature but the third one restored it. At least according to patch notes.
Also they're 500gp if you do it at level 1 (don't level your main char before the battle with bandits).
Thank you for explanation, I will looking through to solve it.
Bro, your Mom is calling to you from upstairs...it's suppertime!
1) It's a bit late for supper in my country.
2) My apartments unfortunately without 2 floor
3) I live in another city and got a job

I wish I again can be young, so I can again play with other kids on streets instead of arguing with moron who consider himself superior just because he denying that character with evil alignments are EVIL (what a surprise).
I mean, it's not me who written in their character sheet that have evil alignment. Stop being moaning bitch for a second and learn to communicate with other people.

He also doesn't know about tabletop games (where in majority cases all parties consist from custom chars), because he anti-social dimwit who start attack people for minor things as calling fictional characters "faggots".

Hi Codex, another lurker here unlurking and registering to heap praises on this game. I used to spend more time on the forums where Sawyer posts, but their Pathfinder thread is a disaster of lolling over how bad and buggy game is, circle-jerking about how its only audience are masochistic Russian grognards, or feeling the need to qualify their enjoyment of the game with things like 'but of course Deadfire is objectively much more well made, even though I'm having so much fun with this dumb game', like they're ashamed of liking it. The last straw was a post that purportedly liked Pathfinder, but still compared it to Deadfire as a 'fun airport pulp fiction' to 'high literature to be savoured slowly', and that's when I broke down and peaced out.

lol, what's this cloak and dagger stuff: https://forums.somethingawful.com/s...3869934&pagenumber=4&perpage=40#post488434163

No, dumbfuck. "This feature is not necessary, so who cares if it's broken, you crybaby!"

(also wasn't it patched over the weekend anyway?)
There only one person who dumbfuck - it's you. Painting on cars unnecessary for movement on road, but nobody likes when their car got a big scratch. Stupid example.
Yes, dipshit. When I said earlier in this thread I GM for CoC and Numenera it was all just a big set-up for this moment. Surprise!
Well it mean you just very stupid as GM and person, because you bashing people for same thing that they doing in tabletop. Or you was just lying, because normal people will not play with toxic waste of person like you. I not started this conflict, you popped up from non-existence and started claim that your needs is universal truth and everyone should follow it.

Also seems everyone have Valeria in their parties while in my game this bitch joined forces with evil faggots despite that i saved her soldier...What the fuck?
You can get her back later.
While reassuring, I don't think that's the point at all. It's a pretty serious bug, especially since it has both mechanical and narrative repercussions.

You should've used chaotic evil option to teach linzi consequences of coming to you with her pitty complains. If you can pester linzi later with "look what you made me do" this would be perfect.
Chaotic neutral probably kinda makes sense, because while you know she is not right you would probably try to resolve the situation without going into conflict situation with your partner by rolling other some guy you don't know... Like if some of your companions (which makes them nobility themselves) has a grudge against some commoner - the commoner is probably going to be fucked other and this wouldn't be seen as a particulary evil or injust act...

Many of the alignment choices are absolutely retarded, truth be told. There's been a ton of headscratchers, like how a comment about instituting public executions is somehow Lawful Evil, and Neutral Good is apparently all about being a retard and forgiving everyone all the time.

When it comes to narrative-mechanical interaction, looking beyond all the bugs, the shitty UI and the sometimes awful writing, and ignoring just how much I fucking hate Golarion as a setting, I think the alignment choices in dialogues is my main pet peeve. Sure, it's pretty low on the list at this point, but it really does piss me off when people cannot understand such a basic thing as alignment. It's not that fucking hard. Also, presenting options full alignments is ridiculous; a "Neutral Good" option should just be "Good". A Lawful option should just be "Lawful", etc.

You get party members that match your alignments. If you aren't lawful she won't join at first and you have to get her later. If you are lawful and she still didn't join then I don't know about that, though

I finally finished Chapter 1 and man, I really hope they improve the journal, I tend to skip dialogue if I lose interest and then just check the journal and the journal has the bare minimum of usual information, the only use I had of it after awhile was checking the timer and that's it. Stopped checking it and just starting going from location to location hoping it might belongs to one of the quests I have or something.

Also I kinda hope they add a way to set a location as explored fully or partially or maybe a note or something because I kept visiting some of the places multiple times because I had no idea if I explored them or not or if there was an encounter too hard for me before and ran.

DnD Alignments and dialogs never worked perfectly in CRPGs.
There's too much room left for subjective interpretations of what fits and what doesn't.

Fallout's Karma and Reputations system is the best IMO.

What bug? Her joining you doesn't depend on you saving soldiers, it depends on what you did re. looting the chest. If you loot the chest but then act apologetic, she joins you as she treats it as you being lawful ('cause chest belongs to Aldoris). If you loot the chest and basically tell Aldori to fuck off 'cause you don't have time to ask for permission looting chests when everyone's lives are at stake, she leaves and Harrim joins you instead.

Guards choice (or, rather, justification for it afterwards) decides between Jaethal and Linzi.

I kind of disagree mate,it all depends on the skillz of the writer/DM. Good DM could make them really good and natural, while shitty DM could make you scratch your head like this game.

It's worked a hell of a lot better than in PF:K, though, and PS:T did it rather excellently.

When it gets down to it, there really isn't that much room for subjective interpretation. It's (mostly) pretty clear-cut, it's just that a lot of people have no fucking clue what alignments are or how they work or represent.
