pirategog version is: 1.0.6I'm thinking, maybe releasing broken ass games is just a strategy to combat piracy.
torrent-cracked version is: 1.0.3
well probally 1.0.3 is better than 1.0.6 for bugs.

This has been a pet conspiracy theory of mine for years.....I'm thinking, maybe releasing broken ass games is just a strategy to combat piracy.
Nah, if a game is popular pirates provide patches with only a vert short delay. There is already a 1.04 version of P:K out there for anyone's not removing from inventory needs. You can be certain than any "big patch" will be out there with almost no delay. Besides the last hotfix supposedly broke the game quite badly. This has been a pet conspiracy theory of mine for years.....I'm thinking, maybe releasing broken ass games is just a strategy to combat piracy.
They don't blame everyone else and insist on collective guilt and that everyone else pay reparations for their fuck-ups.
Stop excusing developers for releasing unfinished games. It can't be an incline game unless it's marred by countless bugs due to excessive ambition and complexity of the game. It's not a novelty in the wRPG genre and more of a badge of honor.
That aside, my verdict on the game is that it has great narrative and an astounding casual-filtering battle system that's the deepest we ever had in the genre. Everything else is worse than mediocre. Navigation and exploration are abysmal, while the scenario is just okay for now.
And yet, people seem to dislike the bitter taste of actual incline. You know, Fornite and PUBG are pretty fun and bug-free. Their mechanics are developed to the utmost to provide endless dopamine pulses at just the right frequency. It's a Brave New World out there, with beauteous people in it!
Austerity always works!people who want respec in rpgs are communists
nopeI thought the bug about the effects stacking only effects the attributes and things like that. I am watching someone soloing Hard on twitch and he has 24 DR or something and he just noticed it from the stacking up bug I think.
Ah, so its not from a bug but from the adamantine armor? my bad, thanks.
Edit:
I am not sure anymore, people kinda telling its from the stacking bug and he should edit it from the save file or something. He tried using cheat engine to fix his character but didn't know how to make it work.
He started playing on unfair to try and compensate, only trolls seem to be able to injure him and only with a crit.
For the first Pillars of Eternity a tip made the rounds that having less savegames would improve loading times for some totally idiotic reason.Unity has no builtin save game/persistence system. That was exactly what happened with the HBS game. Seems to be a Unity thing.Another helpful tip, don't have more than 10-15+ manual saves because it will tank the performance with 10-15+ fps, even more if you continue to save manually, or have a ridiculous amount of quicksaves. I removed around 30-40 save files and the performance gain is ridiculous, jumped from 40 ish to 60+, what a garbage ass engine.
Man, as much as I love the game, these new bugs are beginning to weigh on me.
I'll have you know that I've actually acquired the game legally.Do you think there is a chance they could have read one of your earlier posts from this thread? This is what happens when you participate in the discussions on the Steam forum and is critical of the game. They take one of your random posts and permanently ban you, giving no reason:

Apparently they don't appreciate community participation/discussion or bug reports.
So, the opposite of fascism?Owlcat's mods are super anal fascist's. Be nice or else we put you in gulag!
Could you be any more of an insufferable fucking millennial?...
Anyway, thanks for rant, but I will not continue this discussion since it's pointless to argue with insane person like you. Your mind is stuck circle jerk of arrogance, hypocrisy, selfishness and hatred, so it's pointless to argue with you. Maybe someday life teach you a lesson, but I have no time on this.

I was expecting the image to be racist or something but no:
Maybe they thought it was and didn't even bother to look?
It's a pretty half-orc you racists.
black orcs matter
but yes I can see how that could have been a misunderstanding
Is someone suggesting that it's not a pretty half-orc? Not all half-orcs have tusks, you know! The Pathfinder/Golarion material implies that many are tusk-less and some even file their tusks down. Her pointy ears doesn't really show, either, because they're hidden under the hair. It's incredibly fucking racist that some (possibly including Owlcat?) seem to assume that all half-orcs 100% conform to some stereotype muscle-girl with huge tusks, and that they're all barbarians. This is very clearly a half-orc druid - and we know that it's a druid, because it's in the file-name (I thought it was a bit too arcane-looking at first, myself).I'm assuming you were banned because you implied a black human was half-orc
"a wizard did it"Even without taking into consideration the mechanical implications of respec (of which there are many), it goes against the whole idea of roleplaying a concrete character.
there, I fixed the roleplaying part for you.

No idea what this playthrough talks about since there is no tavern there to enter, location is bugged. Probably due to transition bug from act v to vi.It's an "Errand", apparently. The last one here: https://en.ostrog.com/pathfinder-kingmaker-23120/
I think they scraped its quest log description out of the game files but haven't actually played it yet.
The Pitax act is broken in the end, many players on steam are reaching it right now and there are threads about it. It is the key issue together with stacking effects introduced gracefully by 1.0.6With 1.06 bug the game is utterly broken, may as well open dev console and type godmode. That if we had dev console . I think even Shadenuat cant finish the game cause of broken quests and he's even further than any of us. So fucking publisher forced them to release way too early , or they ran out of funds.
Building your kingdom in this game is such a waste of time, I maxed almost everything, build other towns and there's barely any change, if any at all, not even fluff text to at least give you the impression that your kingdom is growing. I don't know why they wasted resources on this instead of fixing the game or give you a small fortress ala NWN 2, BG 2 and have more meaningful content. Also not even mentioning those load times to go in your castle, get out of your castle, get out of the main street, go to the in, uhh just a terrible waste of time.
Indeed, spiders stucking casual millenials on webs for a good punishing ten minutes, while gifted old men like me had freedom of movement spells memorized! This game made spiders great again
I took one look at that insanity, then immediately rerolled to a Conjuration Specialist so I could web everyone and everything. Also cackle like a madman. Then I discovered the horrible, horrible truth about Web.Indeed, spiders stucking casual millenials on webs for a good punishing ten minutes, while gifted old men like me had freedom of movement spells memorized! This game made spiders great again
