Getting jubilost and making a custom grenadier is a good idea?
When it comes to kingdom mangement no one except Jubilost seems to know what they are doing anyway. Some good news: https://owlcatgames.com/forums/show...to-Kingdom-Build&p=35941&viewfull=1#post35941
Changes to kingdom in 1.1, "kingdom manual" incoming
To the OP and everyone else who commented: I understand your concerns about kingdom management, and believe me, we hear you here at the studio. We are currently working on a huge, thorough document that explains a lot of the kingdom mechanics, provides examples and advice, and answers a lot of the questions you guys have.
I was just going to post about that. Bullshit! Blind-Fight doesn't mean you are blind, it just means you could fight while blind, like some Kung Fu master.
It is a bit of an overcorrection, but it makes sense that if you know you can fight blind, you'd close your eyes when you fight Medusa or whatever.Nonsense. After all, if I could fight with my eyes closed, why would I keep them open? Closed eyes = no gaze attacks on me.
I thought that was how the upgrades worked, so I upgraded everything then they stopped bringing me things, except Bokken. No artisan fixes. I wish you could just buy the stuff you want from them. Make them start with the weaker stuff then upgrade their inventory once you've upgraded their shops or something.
I also didn't find any mention about loading screen times being optimized except that first loading time when starting the game is now faster. But that one is least important.
Those patch notes imply that Forest Knight's Bracers are actually completeable, has anyone been able to do that yet? That and the Star Metal Gloves are the only Storyteller items I haven't completed.

Well they're redundant but Alchemist is a very strong class so it's not like having 2 bomb chuckers is gonna hurt you.Getting jubilost and making a custom grenadier is a good idea?
I made the sabertooth armor, yeah, but it's bugged (no enchantment, so regular Hide Armor AC and no ability to shapeshift). Those patch notes imply that Forest Knight's Bracers are actually completeable, has anyone been able to do that yet? Did you manage the Saber tooth armour? If so, how, since according to forums the last piece is inside an unreachable crate.
At first, I was like "let's just wait", but then I saw this and started installing the betaNew Grease spell is added. Wizards, Maguses and Bards can learn it.
Damn, I thought it was on purposeDiplomacy check DC was wrong in the dialog with wererats (the "Ancient Formula" quest). Resolution: fixed.
It's just the beta, I believe. Not sure if it's available on GOG.Has the patch been released? I got nothing on GOG Galaxy...

Also, looks like I'll be restarting (again) once this patch hits next week.
I am on phone so can't ctrl+f. Any mention of a shortcut from the throne room to the world map?
They are Neutral though. They're all actually good bois didn du nuffin, just Stag Lord is evil? eh
There is a special bear-specific weapon in Pitax that is incredibly good.Minor buggyness with Ranger bear familiar - I picked boon companion at level 5 and the bear went from level 2 to 5, then 6, but has now stayed at 6 as I leveled to 7. It still got all all the level up stats and attributes though...I think.
C'mon Owlcat;- I thought you would have paid special attention to the bears.
Animal companions don't level 1:1, though.Minor buggyness with Ranger bear familiar - I picked boon companion at level 5 and the bear went from level 2 to 5, then 6, but has now stayed at 6 as I leveled to 7. It still got all all the level up stats and attributes though...I think.

Are you sure this is a bug? Companions lose 4 levels total by level 20. the first is lost at 7 or 8 I am pretty sure its 7. Animal companions do not hit 20 and are not meant to. A Ranger without boon winds up at 14 I believe.
