What game it is?
Looks like a cartoon version of Baldur's Gate.

I don't care about the outlines since my screen is 2560x1440 resolution ,so the outlines don't have any visible effect for me, but enough that I prefer having them in.

I'm zooming in for the screenshots, which I suspect is why it looks crappy.

In general, I'd like to see a Baldur's Gate saga with better resolution support, allowing for qualitative zooming, and thus disabling the outlines.

At least now I can see what it is in those high res screenshots.
I didn't know that there are such graphic options in EE. Looks weird, as octavius said, looks as a cartoon version of the game, this is probably why i didn't recognise it.

The only correct way to play it is in 640x480 since the resolution affects the visible area, taking you out of the intended scene and making interiors look like model sets if it's higher. It doesn't look too good without a C.R.T. monitor, but the look might be approximated with a wrapper like the one rusty made a thread about in combination with some screen shader.

Forgive the hiccups on the resolution and aspect ratio, I was playing with it to find the most faithful.

The way she says "BONE", man... So hot. Plenty of other cool pieces like *with sarcasm*"Oh I'm sorry, did I brake your concentration?" (to Zhar the Mad) or "Now, THAT's a mushroom". By the way, if you ask about the mushroom that servant girl, she'll send you to the tavern keeper and he'll be in disgust of an idea of black mushrooms. So many little pieces that I've missed or don't remember. And only now I realized that rogue has the same voice as Sarah Karrigan. I imagine they've had a lot of fun during record sessions there.

Very enjoyable game. It took me some time to adjust from Doom, but very enjoyable. Looking forward to episode 4 and the expansions. And Duke Nukem Forever, OF COURSE. (But that will be in the future, not just yet)

The Caribbean expansion was very nice. Great atmosphere and some solid levels.

It has been ages since I've played these. The remake was listed among the Sony's PC ports on that GeForce leak so I have been thinking about replaying at least the first two ever since then.

Some more first-person goth hiking from The Witcher 3. So much better than third-person.
Does combat play/work properly in first person?
I just bind the camera switch to the middle mouse button and interface visibility to a side mouse button. Then I walk like that outside combat, without the interface when I want to admire the views some more.

First-person is inconvenient in combat because you can't see enemies with your back and a lot of the movement in combat is automatic. The camera isn't spinning when you roll, if that's what you mean, so technically it works. There are mods that implement first-person combat with a visible sword and all that, I'm just using a simple first-person camera mod.

There are also some mods for alternative UIs that occupy less space, but I didn't bother, even though I probably should. Hide everything except the minimap.

I thought the camera would be fixed, potentially causing problems in combat. But toggling resolves that of course. Sounds like a good mod overall, the screenshots look great.

Here's how it looks dynamically, being classically windy:
