I cannot begin to imagine the horrors this update will inflict on TW3. You can bet your ass there will be black NPCs wandering around everywhere.

Knowing CDPR, it will be forced on everyone. If you have it on GOG, just download the current offline installer. If not, download a pirated copy and save it somewhere. That's what I did.

They already said long ago they would integrate HD Reworked Project, which already shows how lazy they are. Don't get me wrong, the mod was really well done, but I think it clashes with the original style in some parts and makes the visuals more bland by making every fence the same, every cobblestone road the same etc. It helps a lot with performance and will definitely make loading faster, but there is a compromise there.

Since they're probably focusing on visuals, there's also a high chance they implement them without proper testing, which could lead to some unexpected results. It's CDPR, after all.

Of course, they never even contacted wghost81 (the best modder for W3 imo) to include some of her amazing qol and gameplay mods. Their priority is pleasing the Netflix and gaytracing crowd. But none of this matters to us, as long as we have access to 1.31/32 version.

If it's like Cyberpunk 2077 with the Edgerunners content, it's some recognizable gear scattered around the world and maybe a quest for acquiring it. To get the protagonist's jacket you have to notice a spray in some random alley. The shotgun is hidden among some bushes in the plaza. Etc. It's pretty subtle
