I have installed a portal to another dimension recently and I've gotten a curious glimpse through it. Mind you that it seems to be a dimension of pain, suffering and utter dementia, so if you're afraid for your sanity maybe it's best to not look into it.

Hives/locusts are fucking annoying and boring as shit, but around 150 effective stealth is enough to avoid fighting a single one at the Horticulture Centre - even if you can't make the Agi jumps for the shortcuts. If you can, then I'd think less Stealth is fine too. Maybe bring a couple of TNT if you really need to blow one up.

Is anything even at the end of the marsh areas behind Port Crag? Because I am not doing that shit.

I need help. I've found Cornell in the Core City's sewers. What should I do next? Please spoiler the answer.

I've promised Cornell's head to Simmons but then I've decided to let him go. Now my game is fucked and I'm afraid that I will have to redo 2-3 hours of gameplay.

can someone explain to me real time movement speed? Is it affected by armor penalty?
Are there more boosts to it than tabi, infused hopper and sprint?

another one: Im master crafter this time around. Im trickster rogue and most of my crafting ingredients do not require fancy merchants.

save for uber knife I have yet to create. For that I need bestest tichrome on the market. I assume there is no better place than standard faundry merchant at entrance?
Another part is electronics. Core, cloaking device, shield parts I care little about. I keep to shadows and do not really care whether my shield is made from q120 components or q160.
Different story for energy edge and electroshock. When I played few years back I do not recall getting my hands on quality component. Which merchant offers best selection(without mercantile)? I'm interested in pre university stuff, can boost my per to find secret stuff. I am curious what sort of mercantile would be needed to get boost here and what how much quality do I gain out of it?
Energy edge max dmg is +8/11 per 20q...
Wiki states that electroshock quality goes up to 88 only?
Do I get much out of coretech merchant without mercantile over other electro merchants in underrail?

Boot springs on standard boots go higher than tabi.

Two unique armors also boost movement speed.

Foundry metal goes up to 160 after beast.

The electronics you can get either from coretech or oculus, if you have mercantile it's way easier.

My advice for new players is to spend a lot of time fishing.

The expedition natives fish for you, you just need to kill their women and elderly for the fish!

I did the same thing and just went back and told Simmons I couldn't find him. He believes you and you complete the quest.

So uh

There's a place in mid-late game where you enter a sci-fi looking warehouse area, and you find the person you're looking for all alone. You talk to them triggering a warehouse lockdown and a shitload of enemies coming in waves. There's an exit north end and south end. Anyone remember where the hell this is?

I just remember having some epic fights there in 2015

(And no not the Core City lower level warehouse in the faction quests)

Anyone found a use for the Broken-Off Spike yet?

You can "save" one of them if you kill the Lurkers elsewhere and then leave the victor be, although in the grand scheme of things, I suppose it will end up starving to death in the pit.

There are no good endings there, I'm afraid.

Jumping Bean.
Adrenaline.

wait, those increase movement speed? Never found it listed. Does it work in stealth too?

I'm pretty sure they do work, like every other speed bonus aside from sprint and feats like it.

I remember some guy saying he stealthed the lunatic mall and took the figurine without being detected, only by using as many drugs and tricks as possible to increase his stealthed movement speed.

You know, it occurred to me the other day that the most difficult opponents when I played through the game as full psi were other psi users, specifically the mall dwellers. They were the toughest fight in that playthrough for me.

Now that I'm playing through again as a low-Will, non-stealth melee character, I've realized that psi users are even deadlier to non-psi characters, so deadly in fact that you often must kill them before they can act if you have any hope of surviving. The conclusion is that full psi dominates everything after all, it's just that other psi users present the stiffest challenge.

Probably it has something to do with the enemies' own high Resolve.

I suppose it will end up starving to death in the pit.
Considering the amount of bodies PC leaves after clearing the underpassages, I think the dog will do just fine.

No, because he's locked in, and lacks opposable thumbs. Sleep tight, pupper.

>finally start Expedition
>minutes later, Yahota dies during first extremely long swarm combat
>remember people complaining that Yahota often dies during these
>oh well, she's still good for something, loot corpse
>settlement goes hostile
>didn't save after the fight

Praise be to Styg. Well, I'd wanted to test out using some additional toxic gas grenades and cave ear caltrops anyway.

I've reloaded that fight like 8 times, especially when looting the 8 billion natives on triple speed
