I thought she meant all the features combined? For example, I think we won't be getting "Immersive First and Third-person view", which was shown in the trailer of the Kickstarter, because we got only as far as Living Factions (unless I misread the page due to its structure).

All the things listed in features are basic game elements that will be included regardless of stretch goals.

• Turn-based tactical combat
• Detailed RPG progression system
• Planned squad size of six
• Classes
• Skill checks
• Choice and consequence
• Hub-based semi-open world
• Free-roam and complete contracts to earn money and respect
• Manage your crew, your hideouts, and your businesses
• Unique faction reputation system
• Expect a lot of reading

The game's still planned for FPP/TPP with a seamless toggle system similar to how Bethesda games do it. It'll be a minor technical issue. Honestly, the hardest part of that will be how it meshes with character customization but I think Unreal handles it fairly well.

That being said, SexPositiveGaming is absolutely right that a normal game studio would need millions of dollerdinos to make this project. But I don't have to pay full time salaries.

Nobody expects a full 20 minutes of radio VA, I mean it would be great, but even with just a few lines a Deb tribute character is a better idea than "some dude who's an asshole because Codex"
