I'm still trying to understand how anyone found DOS enjoyable. Let alone codexers
Oh that's because the soul of D:OS and the soul of average Codexer are very similar maturity-wise.

PoE shits on W2 and D:OS. I'm still trying to understand how anyone found those games enjoyable. Let alone codexers.
That's the power of the Unity engine. It runs on anything but it always runs like shit. The POE beta didn't get along with my setup nicely either, I mean sure it is old but it could run Crysis 3 FFS, it should be able to handle an IE tier game without stutter and shit. At least POE looks nice, not going to pay full price to get fucked in the ass with a 30GB install of this mediocrity that looks like a 2006 game and runs like crap. If the Codex review is positive I might try W2 out for a bargain bin price at best. This game has the worst graphical quality / performance ratio I have ever seen, as well as one of the most abbhorent interfaces ever conceived. It's no wonder the Codex loves it.
So far I've only gone as far as Highpool and I'm really liking this. Got a kick out of the references to some of the WTF events that took place in Highpool in the original game.
I was enjoying D:OS just as much in the early game but it turned out Cyseal was the best area. Glad to read that people playing Wasteland 2 aren't reporting the same drop in quality as the game progresses.
Also, based on some of the comments I'm reading here, my party is probably shit. Didn't dump stat anything. Everyone has stats in 3-6 range in pretty much every attribute.
Is there a reason to fix the water purifier in Highpool?

I turned CenterCode off, because we don't have the bandwidth to process bug reports from there too. support@inxile.net is the placeIs Centercode still the best place to submit bugs, I wonder?
EDIT: (Prison Spoiler)
How the fuck do I cure the dogs?!
homie just covered this distance in a single turn, is he just really good at walking or what
Is it just me, or Angela in the Citadel is basicly a cheat mode for those who have problems with the difficulty? I can take a lvl14 ranger with me, right from the beginning? I won't take her with me until I arrive to an unbeatable opposition.
Edit: Does the game not use Steam's image taking button (F12)? I had some pictures of glitches that probably would have been useful to the developers but I never show any images once I exit the game.
Well, yes, Angela doesn't have a huge damage output, but she has tons of HP, which makes her a great meatshield. Although I'm playing on seasoned, so I don't really need her in this regard. Might be different on Ranger.homie just covered this distance in a single turn, is he just really good at walking or what
It seems almost every single enemy in the game can cover an immense amount of ground. I'm still not sure if they even have different AP's or what, because so far they can all cover the length of the map quite speedily.

I don't think she's that strong. (Like, she doesn't carry the team in terms of damage output, or have any super useful skills). She's nice to have, but I don't think she's really necessary except maybe for having extra firepower/eating hits for that toad fight as her HP bloat is the best thing about her. That said, it probably depends on what difficulty you're playing. I'm on 'Ranger' and it's a decent challenge as my guys limp along in a constant state of being near-death and vacuuming up medical supplies. Having her at half health isn't so bad compared to someone whose starting HP is like 30 or whatever. Main use for her is to be the team paladin, crying out against whatever atrocities you commit, and to mope about the death of Ace. She adds character definition to an already weak starting plot line and, in that regard, is totally necessary to have, IMO.

She's more or less intended as a "newbie assist" character. Is it just me, or Angela in the Citadel is basicly a cheat mode for those who have problems with the difficulty?
