It's Isabella from Kingdome Under Fire 2, A korean game. First one also consider armor is something more of a stylistic concept than an pragmatic one :

The first was some weird action/ 3rd person real time tactical hybrid, with heavy squad customization.

The second slapped mmo element on top of that, I haven't played it.

The decline is real.

Well, sexy stuff fits that sort of realist/gritty style quite well (see stuff ranging from the Witcher games to TV series like Spartacus and GoT). So if anything, it should've led to more of that stuff if that in itself was the deciding factor.

But now you'll get people screeching, "this looks like a tranny". The upshot is the denigration of white facial features and the elevation of their opposite. E.g., bloaty noses with low nasal bridge, which are East Asian. Puffy faces with ill-defined or extreme-angled slack jaw, which are East Asian. Sparse eyebrows, which are East Asian.
