outcomes:
- bang bang whole thing
- up to Royce and fail negotations
- finish negotiations paying royce
- fail negotiations giving malware money shard
- pay with cred chip after removing malware
- inform Royce about militech and ally with them before Militech attacks
- inform Royce about militech and keep money and flathead
- kill royce in cutscene when you pull trigger
- kill royce in boss battle
- avoid completely royce boss battle and just exit
- in case of failing to decrypt shard - militech chick arrives ---> later meeting with her after prologue
- in case of decrypting shard - militech dude arrives ----> gives a quest if you picked up blue nomad text while chick was interogating you

Where do skills and abilities figure in, and where is the end turn button?

There is also a quest with Royce if you side with malestrom later on or so I read dont know for myself because i shot him in the cutscene.

Later on you get a quest to visit a Maelstrom club with Bes Isis, and there you meet and talk with Best Bro Dum Dum as well as Royce. I imagine this plays out completely different if you kill them during the prologue mission.

Is it realistic for them to actually fix the issues in 6-12months? A lot of issues seem very fundamental, like the AI etc.

Wouldn't you kind of have to completely rework multiple major system in the game for this to work?

No matter how much of a bugfest it could have been, bugs can eventually be fixed, even by modders in the future. What does not already exist though, can't be fixed and will never be written from scratch - and no matter the tools they will offer, modders won't be able to fully build it. From a first glance the game reeks of placeholder systems - not only in the AI department.

IF CDPR had to motivation to actually finish the game for real (to sell mutliplayer, no doubt, judging by the literal tons of money Rockstar made), AND if some prexisting AI framework already exists but for whatever reason they didn't have time to implement, then we might get the game we were initially promised sometime within the next four years, and that's very optomistic.

12 months is unlikely and 6 months is almost impossible unless they have a Colonial Marines-tier error.

In case you didn't know, a typo in Colonial Marines prevented the Alien AI from working.

I don't know - how likely would that be though?

1) AI doesn't feel like it's not working due to a bug - it feels like it was coded by an intern or as a duct tape placeholder job due to lack of time.
2) If there was such a thing, wouldn't we see a fix within the first few days, or at least an announcement for a fix?
3) Many different aspects of the AI in the game feel unfinished (not only crowd AI), which leads me to believe that bugs are not the case.
4) Judging by the rest of the game, even ranging form minor stuff like consumables/loot which seem to be placed awkwardly, to weird animation bloopers with default T-pose states and wrong objects, it seems that the problem is deeper than bugs that may have eluded a poor/rushed QA department.

The only defining side in relationships supplier-consumer is consumer.
And this side it ready to agree to anything and forgive everything.
They would be fooled on every step, they are soy sheeps.

Adding new Ai systems: Doubtful they will fix performance of the old consoles first and that will took time, maybe if enough people bitch about lack of driving ai they will try to do it but I dont believe they are even capable of doing it
Well devs considered the nonexistent AI as a bug in a conference call so at least there's hope they'll work on it later.
I wouldn't be surprised if this is a bug to be honest. Remember Alien Colonial Marines?

Yeah and final cyberpunk2077.exe is also full of hidden settings set to off or written flat out wrong like hyper-threading on AMD Ryzen or wrong memory pool numbers for PC.

Yeah, I killed them in my playthrough but saved Brick so he was there. Wonder how it works out if you kill all of them.

I'd still like to know why people are experiencing all these bugs, like in that review. His system is clearly much better than mine, and I'm certainly not reaching any quality regarding visuals that comes even close to what he got, but I have hardly any bugs, not even of that "enemies freezing during combat" type.

The ony thing that's good with my computer are the SSD's and lots of RAM. The CPU is absolute garbage, and my graphics card is also quite old and low on VRAM.

Indeed, it's consumer, but I don't think things are so grim. Considering the hype wave this game generated, the reception was quite a slap in the face for the status quo and may serve as a cautionary tale for investors/management in the future (well depending the profit margins). I half-expected everyone in anything close to a mainstream media to be in a state of denial or be absolutely positive because they will be lynched by the eternally positive hyped crowd. Yet, some degree of flop is apparent, even if you don't hang around the Codex.

I have to assume that at some point, the devs did explore traffic/pedestrian/police AI. Whatever came of it, and how much additional work, is anybody's guess. IIRC, in the stakeholder's call, CDPR did refer to AI issues as bugs (or they viewed them as bugs), so that's what got this conspiracy theory started.

The tragic part is that these are still the only pants my char has ever found that take a mod. So it's the decision between +40 armor and looking like a tard or wearing something decent.

I still don't understand how a pair of cutoff shorts has more armor than, say, regular military pants.

Judy revange on Woodman was written so terribly I got to stop playing for a while. Generic, cringe and woke as fuck.

That whole questline is so poorly written and handled. The only half decent moment in it over two run throughs was mucking up Woodman's dialogue and having to kill him on the first meeting making Johnny snark about V's diplomatic skills.

It's ironic that the game is so prudish and jewish on sex content compared to considered by some already tame twitcher 3. No either legal or illegal erotic BDs outside of MQ, no more varied joytoys, no elite escort, no fuckable trannies, not even watson whore himself. So much for PSY-OP jewery.:lol:

Also been thinking about the 3 starting paths, CDPR really dropped the ball on this one too. Would have been nice to have a few more hours tacked on to each starting story. Would have been a nice way to introduce the setting. As it is now, it's just pointless window dressing that would have just been better off served with a simple selection at character creation and nothing else.

Also every origin story has a little Night City Cutscene with Jackie followed by a "6 months later" to explain why this guy is your best friend. Why? Seems like critical character development that would have made his death mean something and pad the game's length quite a bit. It's kind of a shame really, because the voice acting for that bit was top notch and it really could have been a powerful moment.

But for those who haven't played the game or the Outcast origin, its pretty bad. Wasted opportunity. You start in a small town, drive across said town after a short conversation, which only spans 2 city blocks, then start a quest thats literally just you driving into Night City. You don't even get to keep the cool ride.

Just not seeing the point of having it at all

I think, first mod could be about dividing skills into 3 classes, though it have possibility of gameplay being boring, as abilities aren't very exciting, and being limited toonly hacking could be boring probably, that's the reason they abandoned classes.
Second one is probably ball-gag to a mobile phone lol - gather your party before venturing forth! all the way.
Also maybe some rebalance for avalability and price for stimpacks in desperate attempt make melee more interesting, as now it looks liek you constantly press button to shoot yourself up with meds.

I wish it's true, but I think it's unlikely... what else would they say to tech/game-illiterate investors in a conferenced that was meant to be published? :/
At least I hope they will provide full modding support and better tools than they did for W3.

Maybe geam was broken on purpose just to crash hopes and than bring salvation as saviours o gaming with a few simpe hex editing tricks.
