This game needs crafting interface.

BTW can you learn pet pal on level 3, or do you need that perk from the start?
Yes, it does need crafting/bsing interface, badly.
And you can learn any traits as you level up.

I really wish we could intentionally zoom out this far. It's often a little too zoomed in for me.

Also it takes ages to edge scroll to somewhere I want to go, and you can't click on the goddamn map either.

I'd suggest posting this in the Larian Technical Help forum, so that they are aware of the issue and can decide whether it's worth implementing those, as they are in a big update-phase.

I know of at least one quest in Cyseal you can't get without pet pal. And it gives a Steam achievement too, if you are into that kind of thing.

The kitty love quest you get from talking to the cats in the mayors office and the inn

I'm genuinly surprised that there still are hardly any reviews out of this. Normally you can expect to see reviews crop up right at or shortly after launch but here, hardly anything. Not enough doritos?

Well, I suppose Larian had to sent out any reviews copies or key for steam. Probably most sites/press wont bother to do right away since its not your typical AAA+ sequel of CoD/AC/whatever is coming each year.

Question vaguely spoilery about black cove

So I killed what I believe is everything and did the head quest, killed the spider source nightmare... and reunited the ghost with her murderous husband. I recall someone saying there's something after the source nightmare... where do i check for that?

They didn't send out early review copies (because they never approached a level of polish and feature/content completeness they could be satisfied with and were forced to release it).

It's a good thing that no reviewer played it for a few hours to hack out a few paragraphs.

I think there's also one other thing there, but you'd need Pet Pals.

I have a question about Elf-Orc Blood Feud.
Failed rock-paper-scissor to have Victoria part with her necklace, and can't pickpocket either her or Eglander, what else can I do to finish the quest? Save for killing either of them.

Check the room after the abomination, there should be lever hiding in plain sight. Changing camera view will help.

Quick question about the quest to stop the undead (spoilers!)

When i confronted Zombie Jake bellow the church he says that hes returning to town after gloating that braccus rex will kill me. After i kill braccus and his merry band of undead, i cant seem to find Jake. Is he gone for good? is he hidden somewhere?Does he show later during main quest?(want to dish out retribution)

Got that one; I mean after the giant shell spider thing that sucks up water. Unless you meant there's another one there.

Kill Roguey.
Five patches in four days, while commendable, is not a sign of a developer who is satisfied with the level of polish in its game.

I'd say their commitment to dealing with bugs is best in industry right now. Also game currently is more polished than ANY of old RPGs or new ones that don't come even close to 50% of what game is trying to give players with its systems and design.

Now imagine this game without EA and Kickstarter.... ToEE 2 i'd say in therms of polish

That's normal for Larian.

All divinity games were released as bug fests. You don't see that many bugs because they had open beta, thus majority of showstoper bugs were repaired. The trouble is with system, ballance, and of course adding bad features like companions that levels up to level of main character. That's quite killing suspension of disbelief.
And of course all these barrels around and fights that looks like puzzle...

One level in this game makes a surprisingly HUGE amount of difference in power. If you're one level below enemies you're in deep shit, and if you're one level above you can trounce them no problem. More than one level above and you can basically kill an enemy in one hit.
:what:
Did Larian really bring back Level as a stat after they removed it from Div2 because everyone hated it?

I don't believe you.

Pretty sure they didn't. Early levels mean a lot because we begin with not so much, but even then it's not /that/ much. The closes to 'level as a stat' is how skill need you to be level 1/4/7/10/13/16/etc to learn them.

I am actually waiting impatiently for you to play the game, as i want to see if you are going to gush about it, dislike it for valid reasons, or just flat out lie about it.
