Ugh, Khan as a henchmen is great, but I can't find wind gust or whirlwind skillbooks...

Where is this lever that teleports you in Black Cove?

Huh?

EDIT: Oh, you mean
when stuck in that room? You don't teleport, you just turn a switch off. Unchain one of your party members and have them lift up one of the barrels on the left side of the room. Tiny switch underneath.

Just got the Phantom Forest and voila, another zillion things to do... Helped some intelligent undead, bullied by highlanders, made some scotch whiskey, plundered the Hunters Cabin, friended some orcs, found weresheep and still haven't exploered 3/4 of the map...
I'm nearly 17, probably this will be the last big map. Glad this game is such large and full.

My only problem with the game is random loot. At least some bosses have fixed artifacts or I probably had much more harder time. My mages are still wearing the same robes I found at the first map... All I got STR/DEX robes or other minor shity stats.

Supposedly there's is a second lever "behind some shrubbery".

Actually, for that matter I still haven't found out what the one level in the office did.

That one's pretty shitty, IMO. There's a lever in the office, which reveals a tiny little button in that same office wall, which reveals a hatchdoor somewhere in the office.

Ok there is this Buffalo Amulet (Unique) in Cylia store that showed up. It's unique but it doesn't list anything under effects. It is like 7k for that.

Probably quest related but it would be lovely if it would for example change my char into Buffalo.

It can be combined with another unique, "Old Cutlass" that makes a high damage sword but with no effects other than +1 strength. It is also the only weapon that can kill "Weresheep" apparently...

When you reach puzzle with doors in Source Temple and get to the point where you can break particular wooden door, do it ONLY in melee. Destroying it from afar won't activate new waypoint and you'll have to reload.

Dumb question maybe...but can you take the cooking pot back off the fire after creating a "mobile kitchen"?

if you use the cooking pot on a campsite fire out of town, the mobile kitchen becomes an inventory item rather than a static item placed in the gameworld. I used the one on the beach north of cyseal

I think the spell I've gotten the most use out of so far has been...

Rain? Weakens all those fire creatures. Pretty awesome and only like 2 AP to cast.

I love that my spider summon is still viable at level 16. In fact, it feels a bit OP. I learned two zombie summons for my witch and neither is as good as the spider.

blacksmith skill for creating weapons is pretty bonkers especially since you can just melt old weapon and create new one.

With 3 points in blacksmithing you can create weapon with better DPS than good unique or legendary. con is that you can't add skills to it.

To answer Grunker's earlier question, Hard is good. It doesn't actually influence damage or HP, so no bloat at all; it just reduces your vitality and makes enemies more evasive. That really makes you rely on special abilities more, and think about your movement on the battlefield.

Also, my front line Cleric's had >100% in all elemental resistances except poison since she hit lvl11. It's crazy. (You can even walk on lava that way.)

All in all, the combat feels a bit too easy at times, even on Hard. Still feels good overall though. This game could certainly use a "hardcore" combat rebalance mod like those for Baldur's Gate or Final Fantasy Tactics. I hope someone makes one - I'd definitely replay the game with it.
