I will buy Elex. But I will not pre-order it, and those of you who are doing so are retarded. :^)
So buying it tomorrow for 10% more money is less retarded than buying it right now? Day 1 purchasers are bigger idiots than pre-orderers.
Generally speaking, if you wait a few days after the release for the actual unedited gameplay footage and reviews (in whatever form and at whoever you trust) you might save yourself 100% of the cost by not buying a game. So, yeah, I would often not pre-order and buy the game some time later, unless the game fits my tastes well enough for me to buy/pre-order it right away, because I see it as a way of supporting a developers' approach.

Well, wait until you see skiltrees for specific factions: some of them have like 10+ dedicated skills/spells while other have 2 (literally two extra skills, and one of them is boring).

It is 1st March and still no extra day 1 patch for Xbox version. I can wait a couple of weeks more, I guess.

I believe I've mentioned some pages back that 3 factions are the "main ones" and have an extended skill tree, and 2 other minor factions are essentially optional branches towards which you can deviate sometime along each main faction's plotline.

I've played literally every Piranha Bytes games. You're just a seething faggot that can't accept that people can like multiple things. You also can't seem to come to terms with the fact that ELEX/Gothic and Elden Ring/Dark Souls share a lot of the same philosophical DNA.
No, you and RapineDel are the retards who don't know the meaning of words.

This is what you said:
ELEX's combat is literally inspired by the Souls stamina-management combat archetype
But as Bah showed, PB's games with stamina were released first, therefore it is logically impossible for PB's combat design to be inspired by Dark Souls.

And now you're changing the goalpost by pretending that you said that PB's games and Dark Souls share a lot. That is not the same claim.

So you're suggesting the Elden Ring open world has nothing in common with Gothic? Have you played either game or you just copy opinions read in the top 70 Codex games thread and form your opinion based on that?
