Thing is, today's "right wingers" are yesterday's "liberals", all that changed was that the left decided it was going to start rounding up all its dissidents and think-too-muchers and lynch them ideologically, and those people decided they didn't want to be a part of that group anymore.

It's a combination of politically convenient smear and self-sorting driven by the left's purity spiral.

What you censorship craving faggots fail to understand is that quality posts/content come from creativity, censorship induces self-censorship which is the death of creativity. Eg: if every time I stop to write a guide/analysis I have to worry "are my words going to make some faggot butthurt and get me banned?" I simply won't even bother. And that's the same for everyone.

It's quite telling that the people who call for censorship are always the ones whose posts aren't worth reading, so they don't even have a clue on how creativity works.

When Kingdom Come Deliverance sold very well, you spazed out about how games were finally free from the tyranny of niggers and trannies. It was such a bizarre and embarrassing outburst that a developer of the own game you were praising came in and told you to settle down. Censorship is bad, but just because you can say whatever you want doesn't mean composure isn't appreciated. In my opinion, the guy that got banned needed to slow down a bit. He was raving like a lunatic in multiple threads looking like he desperately craved the admiration, or at the very least, attention, of the entire website. It was very obnoxious. But that's just my newfag take on it :)

Let's start at the beginning: this place is an internet forum, which essentially boils down to "words on a computer screen". Which means you can't POSSIBLY be hurt by RPG Codex. There is only one kind of people who feel legit hurt by words on a computer screen: bitches. So if a particular type of content is actually capable of hurting you in any way, then you have a much bigger problem than "shitposters": you're a bitch.

However, the Codex is NOT a "no bitches allowed" place. Bitches are allowed here because DU was wise enough to provide bitches with the "tool of bitches" aka the Ignore List. So if a particular guy bothers you and you feel like your butthurt is simply too strong and scrolling past his posts is too hard, don't fret. You can put that person on Ignore and move on with your bitchy cowardly life. Fun fact: infinite bans will not change the fact that you're a bitch, despite what you might believe. When in doubt, check Resetera. Plenty of bans, but even more bitches.

A different question is whether or not "the Administration™" should take it upon themselves to protect bitches from butthurt and the answer has been given a thousand times: no. Because then you're left with one guy turning his personal ignore list into everyone's ignore list. The guy in question being Infinitron, a dude with a terrible track record when it comes to content curation. IF you don't see why he shouldn't have that power you just need to lurk more. Or self eject, even better. Because you're not a real lurker, you're a butthurt oldfag singling me out due to shitty envy. Your old account was irrelevant, your new one even moreso. Proving I'm "wrong about KCD" doesn't change that fact, it's simply a shitty ad hominem I won't even bother dignifing with an anwser.

Just put me and whoever else on ignore and move on. What bitches like you (and the morons who agree) fail to realize is that each and every single "good poster" of RPG Codex has one thing in common: they are ALL guilty of "crimethinkery" under the rules of Reddit. Each and every one of them. You're just too stupid to realize the fact that you want this place to be "reddit, but better" and that formula fails 100% of the time, hence why every single forum that has ever tried to have "reasonable rules for censorship" ended up becoming a desert of infinite circle-jerk.

The Codex would probably be nicer to Infinitron if he wouldn't incessantly attempt to reeducate us to be blind followers of the Church of Sawyer and Feargus and to ignore SJW faggotry, among a few other things.

BTW, being a fan of President Trump is seen positively around these parts. The longest thread on the codex is a love letter to President Trump.

Is that true ? Making someone lose his job, is a lot more serious offense than some harmless shit posting . Specially JF, i dont remember him being agressive to anyone here.
Seems Hobgobelin was harassed to the point of leaving the dex too, was anything done to the people who sent him hate message in PM ?
