Your desktop is seriously trashed, bro

This.

I would go crazy with so many symbols on my work screen.
Nah, I manage. My "worsk screen" is Total Commander, Desktop is just a launcher.

One question, though. As I obviously haven't removed The Testament Of Sherlock Holmes from an inventorym, I need to know if a properly removed from an invetory version also crashes. Currently I simply can't progress any further. I like the game and was intending to buy it anyway, but if it kees crashing, it's a no go.

Testament worked fine for me (Steam version). Don't remember technical problems.

Lara Croft vs. the T-Rex - Reloaded

BROs, I decided to man up and try to deal with the 1st boss like a str8 male.

1) I consulted the calendar (it's 2014) and despite being a PC-elitist, decided to switch from K + M to a gaypad. Made the combat much more streamlined.

2) I fired up my old and trusty German Joy-to-keyboard emulator, and after some twerking I ended up with something, that Crystal Dynamics was not l33t enough to implement: a momentary fire button!

KWWx2Jz.jpg

With this thingie, for as long as I keep R1 on the gaypad pressed, Lara will keep shooting in 80 ms intervals. Going below this value is highly popamole, since the rate of fire becomes unrealistically high.

3) I hexedited myself 99 small medkids, to avoid the necessity of repeating this shitty boss battle.

:smug:

After that, I was ready!

:popamole:

Unfortunately, the boss got stuck in some 3d element, thus becoming invulnerable.

But after a quickload, nothing could stop me from finally dealing with ITZ!

:yeah:

Let's go back to the actual tomb raiding...

After a while I decided to have a go at the original again, because it's the only good one, and it was about time I put my new PC to the test. Turns out it's just poorly optimized, because a 7870 (along with other new cards, it seems) still dips to around 30 FPS at times in a 6 year old game on maximum settings. There's some inherent limit on the game's engine in terms of resource usage, I guess. But at least it's both pretty and actually great.

I also tried some graphics mod that made me dip to around 15 FPS when looking at denser areas.

Heroes of Might and Magic 5

Fucking 3 hours match of epic comebacks and shit.

Alpha MLP Zombie Lord... His autism makes him stronk
I control half of the map the Heaven Faggot the other part. The battle at bridge was the decisive battle that would allow me to get 2 more castles also it was the hardest one.
Shit was grimm as fuck. The Archangel raped my Wraith and the Bone dragon... heavy losses everywhere. My zombie army was the only thing that succeed in killing the archangel, the Inquisitor managed to rape my lich and killing 60 zombies... but in the end i won.
Fuck yea
8 FFA. Blue spamming of angels was almost my doom but the zombie lord passive save my ass more than once.

The game has a seriously low budget look to it. Interface graphics and assets etc.

Let's see if you can handle this motherfucking final boss. The only advantage you've got against him is GOD MODE!

Now let's see if you can tap the spacebar until he dies!!!

I've been skipping all the cutscenes so I have no idea what happened, but the game ends in space for some reason.

Crysis 1 is often cpu limited. It has a crazy physics system.

Also, a lot of the settings do almost nothing for looks but make it run way shittier.

That said, it was terribly optimized.

You should check out the Natural Light Mod. It's mostly just tweaking the config ini files, but makes it both look better and run better.

Thanks. I think I found out about that previously but ignored it because the download link was old and not functional.

I had to disable the awful post-processed sun shafts, but the lighting really looks quite nice.

lol I guess it makes sense that when the British get their hands on Dante he becomes the most tryhard edgycunt to walk the earth, and somehow looks even gayer than before. I mean the previous version wasn't anything special, just a dude who gave no fucks and was having a good time fighting demons and shit, but this version is the most tryhard thing I've seen for a long time.
