If you want to have a gay game, go ahead. I didn't complain BG3 had such option. It is fantasy and it clearly was advertised as sexualized in any way you want. You knew what you're getting, and I enjoyed BG3 a lot, just avoided what I had to (Gale still raped me though).

However, Henry was already a set character that was clearly heterosexual and the setting really sets you to be a rather "pious" persona. Making him bi makes no sense, it just doesn't fit.
